Im currently reading books (pdfs) in firefox and I would like to hide the scroll bar. Im using full screen mode and especially the bar the the bottom is annoying while reading. I've seen a few topics posted about this issue but they are from a few years back and the solution posted doesn't seem to work anymore. (creating profile/chrome/userChrome.css with some code) But maybe the code is just outdated or I did something wrong. Im not too sure.

The best solution to me would be to just hide the bottom scroll bar. I didnt find any option in about:config except for making them (bottom and right) both thinner.

I would greatly appreciate any help.

I just started having an issue while watching Live Streams on Youtube with FireFox. I'll load the live stream and it will run for about a minute then it will switch to the streamers previous recorded stream. I opened Youtube on my iPad and on Edge browser and the Live stream keeps playing the live stream but on FireFox it only lets it run for about a minute before flipping the playback to the previous recorded video of that streamer. I tried clearing my cache for Youtube and I have no extensions running. I have Youtube Premium and run no adblockers. I have also tried safe mode but the problem persists.

Any idea what could be happening?

I need working versions of Firefox not messes like I have been getting recently. 127.1 lost most of my passwords and won't link to websites I use every day. This version is a mess. I have had to go through and reset multiple passwords, and can't login to websites I use every day. Check your updates before you release them. I know have firefox set to not upgrade automatically.

When pasting text into Outlook Online the text removes the preceding space. A minor inconvenience but it does mean I have to double space before pasting.

Also after pasting text I get a paste box that locks out any controls unless I click out of it or press ESC. (image below)

Text being copied from inside Outlook doesn't pop up the box.

This problem is only happening with Firefox as using a different browser (i.e. chrome at office) does not do either of the problems. Anyway to fix either option?

FireFox just updated itself to the latest version (127.0.1 (64 bit)) on my Windows 10 laptop. Now every time I try to close it, instead of closing, it starts a background process and then crashes after about 25 seconds.

My master password no longer accepted. every time I try to use it {recently} I get a response please put your master password. It keeps asking me over and over with no result. please help. Thanks.

How can I use Firefox for private browsing or anything when you cannot even keep me as your Default Browser? Edge changes it everytime!! When I try to play a video on Firefox desktop, it takes it a long time to load. Once it has loaded, whenever I pause it for more than a few seconds, or if I try to skip around the video (either by clicking around in the loaded section of the progress bar or using +/- seconds buttons), the video begins buffering again before the video resumes. This makes it extremely difficult and frustrating to watch anything that requires me to pause, rewind, or fast forward. I've noticed this issue affect multiple video viewing sites, such as YouTube, Vimeo, and Netflix. My roommate also uses Firefox, but doesn't have this issue, so I know it's not a problem with my internet. I thought it might be a problem with my computer, but I tried to replicate the issue in Chrome and everything worked fine there. The issue has persisted almost a week. I have:

• Rebooted my computer several times
• Deleted my history/cache
• Disabled my extensions
• Turned off Java scripts in firefox (this disabled my ability to load sites like YouTube completely, so I turned it back on)
• Updated my computer
• Updated my graphics drivers
• Refreshed firefox
• Uninstalled and reinstalled firefox (and rebooted my computer)
• Uninstalled and reinstalled firefox AND deleted all the data it stored on my computer (and rebooted my computer)

I am currently using version 123.0.1 of Firefox. My OS is Windows 10 22H2.

For over a year, I've used my Firefox browser to read the Kindle books. In the top right corner there should be six icons representing 1. Table of contents 2. Search 3. Reader settings (size of font and one or two columns) 4. Annotations 5. Add bookmark 6. Reader menu - this should have five dropdown items including "go to page" which is missing. It now only displays the first and the last, and I want to use "go to page" which is missing.

Another failure of going to the right page - when I log into Firefox on my desktop after browsing Kindle on my Kindle reader, Firefox is meant to go automatically to where I have been reading on the table. Instead it goes to the beginning of the book. That looks like the same problem - failure to go to the right page.

It works fine on Opera but I have to look up my passwords and type in the URL, whereas my Firefox browser shows Kindle along the top, and my password manager works for Firefox. So Opera is very inconvenient.

I guessed that my version of Firefox has become corrupted, but couldn't find how to re-install it.

After the last FF update, I can only connect to FF ... no other website! I did a system restore to an earlier date which seemed to make it worse. Absolutely zero content appears on any website I choose to go to. The tab shows the name of the website, however it doesn't "connect."

Please help me rectify this challenge. Thank you.

Would love to know how in task manager there are 10+ firefox services running with only 4 tabs open and the usage is ridiculous. Closing one tab the next one that was using roughly 250mb shoots to over 600mb...what are you playing at????

When the youtube video is opened, it shows the loading circle without any possibility to start a video. After first refresh of the page it shows the thumbnail of the video, but play button still doesn't work. And then after second refresh it sometimes begin to work properly. The problem exists only on Youtube and its videos. Thank you.

I am experiencing a significant issue with my website, which fails to load when accessed via Google Chrome. The website works perfectly on other browsers like chrome, Safari, and Edge.However, when attempting to Click here in mozila, the page remains blank and does not load at all. Additionally, I have noticed a persistent problem with reCAPTCHA. Even though I solve the CAPTCHA correctly, it repeatedly appears, preventing me from accessing the site. I'm encountering a perplexing issue with Mozilla Firefox that I hope someone here can shed some light on. Whenever I set Mozilla Firefox as my default browser, I experience difficulties accessing my website. The site continuously buffers but never fully loads, leaving me unable to view its content.

However, when I switch to a different browser as my default, such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, the website loads without any issues moreover my website is related to Picoworker which runs smoothly on other browsers (Screenshot is also attached). This leads me to believe that the problem might be specific to Mozilla Firefox.

I've tried troubleshooting by clearing the browser cache, disabling extensions, and even reinstalling Firefox, but the problem persists. I've also checked for any errors in the browser console, but nothing seems out of the ordinary.

Could there be any compatibility issues between my website and Mozilla Firefox that are causing this problem? Or is there something else I should investigate to resolve this issue?

YouTube has been so slow in Firefox. It just takes a ton of time for the video to actually play. It's just a spinning circle in a video. I can refresh several times and then it plays. I cleared my cache, history, data...etc everything from Firefox. That seemed to help for a bit. Then it just resulted back to being slow. It's just in Firefox. I played videos in Edge. It was fine. No issues. It's just FireFox. It started most recently too. It wasn't happening a week ago. I even tried going back to an old version of Firefox. Didn't help. Anyone know how to fix? Not using ad blockers either FYI. I just want videos to play normally and fast.
