I have been a long term Firefox user, but recently Firefox on Ubuntu seems to have more and more problems.

Here is the most recent one: I can't buy bus tickets on a largest provider in Lithuania (nothing happens after clicking "Pay").

Tried normal, private mode, safe mode and nothing worked.

I have Firefox 127.0.2 (64-bit) on Ubuntu 22.04. I have 0 extensions or addons installed.

Another one: I cannot select the country code from the drop down list when entering phone number in Ryanair, so basically I can't buy flight tickets from there. Chromium Browser didn't work as well, but Safari did.

I recently bought a new laptop and didn't import Firefox to the new one. Now I can't access my passwords etc on Firefox because it asks my for my primary password. I have no idea what that might be. Does anyone know if there is any way to recover the passwords please?

I use fire fox as my default browser. It is still the default but now when I go to search the yahoo start page comes on. I cannot search with fire fox as this stupid yahoo home page over rides it. Please help!

Sometimes it happens that an input field on a page in an IFRAME cannot be clicked. The buttons work, but you can't enter anything in the text field.

I just got my PC back from the shop. It's the best LG Gram laptop they had with Windows 11, and it's 1-yr old. Much on it was corrupted and I'm having to reload many items, one being my Firefox. It wouldn't open up. I did the right-click on my mouse and hit the OPEN selection. Firefox still wouldn't open up. I reloaded Firefox hoping that it would correct whatever may be wrong. No, it still won't open up. I'm reaching you now via TOR. My TOR was also reinstalled, but it is able to open up. Can you think of what I may have done wrong? [I'm unable to check the option-email me when someone answers my thread {this email must be a thread}, but this will be fine.] Please note that I am so NOT tech-savvy, I don't even have any smart/mobile/cell phone. Unable to export Firefox bookmarks. When I go to 'Manage Bk Mks' it states 'no items' (See attached Print Screen) yet all my bookmarks show in the left hand pane.

After years, I changed my default browser to Firefox instead of Safari. However, in spite of my careful searching and attempts to solve my problem(s) with preferences and reading help FAQs, I am unable to resolve the main issues. I am unable to go to LinkedIn, either my own page or anything else in Firefox. It goes to the page and remains stuck trying to log in. I can copy the url address and paste it into my Safari browser bar and all proceeds as it should ad I get logged in, etc. There is also an issue with my NYT digital account. Sometimes Firefox acts normally, signing me in and allowing me to read articles and so forth. But often, capriciously I would say since it makes no sense at all it will arrive at the lage and for an instant I'll see the article, or video, and then the page will go blank. Reloading produces the same result and I am unable in Firefox to see the content. If I go to the content on Safari, all is fine. I am seriously considering returning to Safari as my default browser. What is going on here? Thank you.

Dear Support. My Mac audio settings are set to output to channel 11 - 12 of my multi-track audio interface. However, Firefox's audio output only shows up on channel 1 -2. Can you help?

Hi, I can't open my gmail or youtube in Firefox. I run Norton Security and recently signed up to their 'clean up' software, I think this may have removed google cookies? I can access mt email by installing Chrome but I don't want it on my pc. Help!

Hello! A tech rebooted my computer and all files were saved, but this person failed to do a backup of my browsers. I don't think I was logged in to any session in Firefox, but my bookmarks and passwords were saved.

Is there any way I can recover that information? I already tried and there seems to be no other sessions than the current one saved.

I am using an older MacBook Pro running Mojave 10.14.6, for which the latest Firefox is 115.12.0ser (64-bit). It has always been working like a champ, but a few weeks ago, individual YouTube video pages look very odd. Usually the related recommended videos are along the right edge in one row, and below the default video window is the title, description, and then the comments.

The problem I have is that these two components became transposed, and if the video is displayed as full screen, the page can be pushed upwards to show the title etc got squashed below the video window, with the recommended videos still in a grid below it. I hope the included pictures are sufficient to illustrate the issue.

Another computer, an iMac running El Capitan 10.11.6, and Firefox 78.15.0ser owned by a family member, does not show this odd phenomenon. I must say I am quite intrigued by this, and would greatly appreciate any help my fellow members can offer.

For two days will tab crash for TikTok. For years, will not allow access to certain sites and no contest entries for the last few months. Worked before. No phone help and to download the browser doesn't work. I was upset as won't load TIktok and I NEED IT as use it daily. Please fix it ASAP!! I wasted time contacting Monzilla, as was only link for Firefox. They told me no help wasted today.

Hi, I have been having this issue for a while. The search suggestions in the address bar are missing. I mean that the entire drop-down box never shows up. There are no search engine suggestions. There are no history based or bookmarks based suggestions.

The search suggestions is ticked in the settings. And I also disabled hardware acceleration.

Steps I took to troubleshoot: 1. Refreshed Firefox through troubleshoot mode. 2. Restarted firefox in add-ons disabled mode. 3. Tried creating new profile. 4. Tried using Firefox nightly and Dev builds. 5. Got fed up. Switched to Floorp. 6. I also tried a bunch of about:config modifications, that were suggested in earlier such support posts. None to any avail. 7. Tried it on an entirely different windows. And again, the minute I log in, the search suggestions are gone.

This is when I realized, the issue was popping up whenever I log in using my mozilla account. I tried any firefox alternative without logging in and the search suggestions work. The minute I log in with firefox account/mozilla account. The search suggestions stop. This has to be something due to sync is what I guessed. And I stopped sync. And reinstalled. Then the issue resolved. But the minute I log in it reverts back. And no search suggestions.

The search suggestions do not work on any windows based system. I checked my android device and suggestions are working. Sadly, I do not have access to any other platform.

So at this point I was very much frustrated. So someone please help me out. I will give whatever logs you need. But fix this. I need search suggestions. At least bookmarks and history. I believe it to be a core part of the experience.

I want to print a Firefox PDF document. It is a credit card statement downloaded off the issuer's website. The PDF file Properties dialog shows Page Size 6.92 x 14 in (Portrait). The thumbnail preview of the document shows the pages in the 6.92 x 14" format. I want to print this document to 8.5 x 11" paper WITHOUT HAVING THE DOCUMENT SHRUNK TO FIT THE SMALLER PAPER. Shrinking the document results in a printout that I cannot read without a magnifier. This is unacceptable. I don't care if the bottom 3" of each page are cut off (mostly that 3" is blank anyway). All I want is to be able to print out a document I can read. NOTE: I have tried using the print dialog option "Size to [choose % magnification]," instead of "fit to page width." This does not work. The print image stubbornly refuses to magnify, the print preview still shows a legal sized document crammed into letter sized paper, and I'm still stuck with a shrunken document with teeny tiny text that I can't read. NOTE: I have also explored using the "simplified" print setting instead of "original." All that gives me is a text explanation and the original document itself disappears. So no joy there either.

I recently converted to Firefox from Chrome. I use wikipedia a lot, and am used to being able to quickly enter 'w' into the search bar to bring that up as the first result. This was something that I could do without hassle on Chrome, but not something that I can consistently do on Firefox. My settings are synced across devices, yet the first result for 'w' in the search bar is (was) 'www.google.com' on my desktop, and 'wikipedia.org' on my laptop. I created a bookmark for wikipedia.org named 'w', which didn't work, I wiped any instance of 'google.com' from my search history and now 'w' in the search bar gives me 'www.youtube.com' instead, wonderful.

Any advice would be great
