my old computer died, but I was able to recover my hard drive to another dish, however I do not know what to search for on that disk to get my old firefox profile which has all of my bookmarks etc.

For months I have been unable to load the Google Meet website in Firefox. I keep my browser up-to-date and have tried different privacy settings, container tabs, etc. Every time I go to meet.google.come, I end up in a redirect loop pointing me to https://meet.app.goo.gl/?link=https://meet.google.com/&apn=com.google.android.apps.tachyon&ibi=com.google.Tachyon&efr=1&ifl=https://meet.google.com/about instead. Clearing cookies and such seems to fix it, until I log back into my Google accounts and the problem starts happening again. Any ideas how to fix this?

I'm a very novice Windows 10 user and my ISP is Earthlink. When I open Firefox it brings up my start page in Earthlink - which has a Google window. Never had this problem before but now when I try to Google anything I get the above application notice. Received one response from the community and while the problem may be mine because I'm a very novice user the suggestions didn't seem to work or I was doing things wrong.

I have Firefox 129.0 64 bit on 2 laptops, Laptop2023 and Laptop2024. I would like Laptop2024 to match Laptop2023. If possible, would like to copy the Profile, or at least the Bookmarks. The web articles direct me to Help options which do not exist. I do not want to reset anything on the sending laptop.

I have instructions on how to copy bookmarks from years ago, but Firefox has changed so much that they no longer work. How to I copy with the current Firefox version? If possible, email bjedrick@verizon.net.

since the last firefox update I cannot upload pictures to my blogs on blogger.com using my windows 11 computer. My Windows 7 computer with engineering software that won't run on Windows 11 still works fine with firefox and blogspot but I haven't allowed that computer to be updated by firefox. I did try blocking the shield to allow blogger to be exempted but that didn't help.

Hello, I have developed an addon, which is working fine on desktop as temporary extension, but when I try to install it after zipping, firfox says, it is corrupt and cannot be istalled. and second, how can I use my addon on android firfox. Can it be loaded as temporary extension as desktop version. Please guide.

Hello. Periodically I need to connect to my employer's VPN. Whenever I do, all of the open tabs in Firefox will not refresh or connect to new websites. This is especially troublesome for pages that refresh periodically like when viewing email. New tabs open webpages fine. I have tried using a "hard reload" (Shift while using the Reload button) on the already-open tabs as well as clearing the cache through the Settings menu. I've also tried changing the proxy settings in Network settings (Configure Proxy Access to the Internet; No proxy, Auto-detect proxy settings for this network, Use system proxy settings, Manual proxy configuration)

Any ideas on how to prevent this problem in the first place or fix it when it happens?

After the last ESR update to Firefox I am getting this error message when logged into my Google email account. I switched to MS Edge and not having any problems.

Hi, I'm having a lot of problems with forms, and also on commercial sites when I'm trying to purchase items. The buttons are not working, I'm unable to scroll through subsections of a form and drop down boxes are appearing behind other parts of the forms.

It's been doing this for about a month now, I was hoping that a patch would have been released by now to sort the problem. Even this form doesn't work properly. the contact me button doesn't work.

Can someone please tell me how to change the hours for my business website that comes up on a search with firefox? I have changed the hours everywhere else, my google profile, facebook, yelp. Where is firefox getting this data and how so I change it??? my website is soluna massage (location louisivlle ky). When i try log into office.com for example i get the attached error, i have troubleshot with MS support, they cannot resolve it, the websites works on newly installed browsers, but the two installed browsers, safari and mozilla do not work, cleared cache, history etc and also reinstalled, no luck, please advise re the issue happening on firefox and if you can resolve it we will contact apple for the safari issue

ms believe it is a browser problem which it could be but two browsers stopped working at the same time and only newly installed browsers that have never been on the mahcine work, reinstalled old browsers do not work

My Firefox install apparently did a background update that did not complete, I get an error 'XULRunner / Error: Platform version '129.0' is not compatible...'

I did not (do not) have a profile I had logged into for that installation, but did have many passwords saved that I'd like to still be able to use if at all possible.

I have installed another instance of Firefox that is working (on platform 129.0), and am using Windows 11. I also turned off automatic updates in hopes of preventing this in the future.

The previous profile still exists in AppData/Roaming, but I don't know how/if I can connect it to the new installation I now have.

Is it possible to either fix the incomplete update or connect my old profile to this new instance so I don't have to reset all my passwords?
