I don't think you can help at this point. I followed the prompt to update Firefox and got the message that the platform version '128.0' is not compatible with min version>=128.0 or max version<=128.0. After following the instructions to uninstall then re-install Firefox, and even with the aid of a tech, I now have lost 90% of my bookmarks. Disappointed and not happy with Firefox at this point. I guess it's a done deal now and I just start over. Fortunately, I didn't have super important things bookmarked.

i change to firefox from chrome as chromes caused everything to hang. now my facebook games are saying that firefoxdoes not support the games. ie the browser you are using does not support this platform. i have search resolutions and tried them all and dont know what to do. do i have to go back to chrome?

Dont know how it happen but "https://ww25.waterdropswiter.xyz" has taken over comes up everywhere when tying in web adress and has give it self free access to everything

I reinstalled my windows and signed in to my new firefox and it is not syncing anything. On my phone though all the bookmars and stuff is saved. (Yes I am signed in) I tried using waterfox as well but it didnt work either.

For about 2 weeks now my Firefox Desktop v. 128.0.3 (Mozilla-Flatpak - 1.0) freezes within 30 mins of use.

No good waiting, nothing responds except the exit button.

Clearly, there's a flaw in a recent update.

I'm on Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS and my Firefox is from Flatpak.

While writing this I got a Flatpak update for Firefox and Firefox.Locale - whatever that is.

So I'll park my question till I close and reopen Firefox - hopefully with a release from the big freeze-up.

When I start typing 'subscr..' into the URL bar, I'd like it to autocomplete / select 'Subscriptions' from my bookmarks.

However, instead the default item is a Google search for 'subscr' as shown in the image.

Is there a way to skip this and make it select the top suggestion instead, much like Chrome does? (I've jumped ship from Chrome)

I have a problem with older messages. I think this is happened after upgrade to 128.0.1 version. New messages that i get are ok but older are not readable. I will post picture of message (this one is with attachment but the same is with mail with text). Does anybody know how to solve this?

When I scroll down the page on MSN and try to open a link in a new tab the page jumps back to the top. It then opens a link of another article that I never right/left click on. I have my mouse set up to left click to open a new tab. Does not occur on any other sites.

It has been doing this for months now.

I've had Sync enabled for a while now, but I installed Firefox Containers today which required explicit sign-in to the Mozilla account to enable Sync. Didn't remember the password anymore so I reset it. After that the account got disconnected from Sync and asked me to sign in again (as expected). So I did and got redirected to the settings page on Mozilla account no problem, device supposedly connected.

However, the Sync notification in the app menu immediately changed to Account disconnected again and no matter how many times I click to sign in again it stays that way. Not to mention that each time I do click to sign in, the Mozilla account page wants me to jump through all the hoops again (password, email code, 2FA) instead of remembering the previous session (refreshing the page with F5 or Ctrl+Shift+R doesn't log me out nor indicate that the session had expired).

Earlier in the evening of 8/5/24, Rumble, Duck Duck Go search engine and Truth Social were working properly. After dinner and my daughter and her family left, suddenly, without any changes being made on Firefox (which is up-to-date), videos on Rumble load but don't play, the search results don't populate on DDG, and Truth Social just shows a white page. All three of them work on FF on my phone. This is only happening on my desktop.

YouTube and all other sites/tabs work fine. I am at a complete loss as to what could have caused this or how to fix it.

So recently on the latest Firefox version 128.0.3 (64-bit) I have seen blank pages very often. Be it me trying to search for something using google or opening results of such searches, my Firefox just displays a blank page. Sometimes it's the fifth tab, sometimes it's the second tab - but it has happened a lot within the last week. At first I thought I might be running out of RAM but that doesn't seem to be the case because next tab opens and plays nicely as seen in first screenshot. I'm running Windows 10 x64 and have no plans on going Windows 11 ever, but this is just silly.

Hi Starting this weekend I have been unable to purchase items online using Firefox browser on my Windows Desktop. On the weekend I tried to purchase an item from PolarPro, but when I clicked on the checkout button it was unresponsive. I thought it likely that there was a glitch in their website and made the purchase using my iPad. Then today I tried to buy an item from Bandcamp and again had the ssame problem. When I clicked to confirm the purchase my screen was unresponsive. I tried to send an email to you guys and clicking on the send button, same again - nothing happened. This is a new thing and quite frustrating. Let's see if this email gets through. Cheers Richard Wedekind

When i am in facebook and i want to do a live call or video chat,and when i hover the mouse over these options ,it no longer let's me do this and tells me that the browser not longer supports this action yet i could do this up until about 7 weeks ago im using firefox in 20:04 ubuntu,im also having difficulty on another web page ordering spare parts,it won't let me select or order part's either but when i use windows 10 with firefox browser everything works fine why is this same browser different system?? i don't get this please help
