Sometimes the lock icon in the url bar shows that a connection is insecure (slash through lock) when the connection is secure and using https. I haven’t been able to detect a pattern, but it’s happened enough times that it has become noticeable. I’m curious if there’s a reason behind this, or perhaps I’m misunderstanding how to interpret the lock icon? I’ve attached a screen shot of an example from the VSCode extension marketplace web site where there seems to be a disconnect.

Whenever a text box is focused in a web page on Firefox on iPad a bar shows across the bottom of the screen with three buttons: ^ v Done. This is even worse when I have a physical keyboard connected as it is double height. What is this bar and how do I get rid of it? Thanks

I would like to if and how to select an image from my personal collection of images??

The screenshot included is all I found and it only gives you instructions on how to do it but the only choices you get are from your pictures.

In the Settings menu, there is no option for “Address” under PRIVACY to save autofill addresses. There is a “Payment” option which allows me to save credit cards to autofill, but not for addresses.

When, my pharmacy sends me a text with information describing something and I click on the highlighted area, it never opens, it just goes to the home page. How do I open things that are sent to me that are important to me.

I get the following message when I try to log in to my Kaiser.com account. "The page isn’t redirecting properly Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies." I can get to the Kaiser web site but I get this message when I click on "sign in". I don't have a problem accessing and signing in using Safari or Chrome. I can't figure out how to disable or turn off cookies for the Kaiser.com website. And I've never had to do that before today.

How do I remove ALL google-sponsored shortcuts on my Firefox iPad home page? When I click on a Google-sponsored shortcut and then click on Remove, it removes only that one but then replaces it with another one. How do I get rid of ALL Google shortcuts?

Just started getting a pop-up when trying to add a new site to the password manager. Passwords already in the manager work fine. Face ID is used for the device passcode. See attached.

I have the Firefox app on my iPhone. When I click it to open the app, the first thing I see is the Firefox logo on the top left. Below that are eight icons (webpages), seven of which I have pinned. Below that are my "Jump Back In" options. How do I add a "pin" to a webpage I go to all the time?

Is there a way to export passwords on the Firefox iOS mobile app? I know how to do it on my desktop/Windows device, but not on my iPhone (iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 17.5.1). Please help!

I deleted and reinstalled firefox mobile ios, but multiple incorrect addresses are still there. I cannot delete or modify them.

There are no saved addresses on my firefox account that I am able to view from my desktop. The addresses appearing on firefox mobile are incorrect, and not the addresses from my contacts.

Can’t get Firefox to autofill user names & passwords on my iPad. Also, can’t enter addresses to be used later to autofill forms & not sure if it’s remembering new logins.

When I try to access my passwords I get a message that I must have a “device passcode enabled”. I don’t know what this means or where it’s located. (See image).

These features were working previously but I must have changed vital settings. When I search help I’m unable to follow the instructions because my display does not show the items mentioned.

Any help much appreciated.

My Firefox on iPhone (latest version) will pop up the sign in / password dialogue whenever I click an input field for text. It’s not detecting OTPs more than half the time, and even OTP dialogue boxes cause Firefox to try and open the Keychain and sign in, even if it’s not on the sign in page! I find this very concerning. Reinstalling Firefox doesn’t fix it and rebooting phone doesn’t fix it. Any ideas?

I would include a screen but it’s displaying personal information every time I click a text field.

When I’m on a website and I want to pay for something via PayPal it switches onto a new tab that’s blank. It won’t go to the PayPal website. Any thoughts please? Jeff
