Firefox for iOS/iPadOS no longer offer option to open links from other apps in Private Browsing mode

Links from other apps always open in standard/non private browsing mode unlike before. Before i had the option where to open it. Also, when i switch back to it it always… (cytajśo wěcej)

Links from other apps always open in standard/non private browsing mode unlike before. Before i had the option where to open it.

Also, when i switch back to it it always show the non-private tabs even if i leave it while on a private browsing mode.

Please fix.

Disable Firefox suggestions and enable some privacy

None of the online instructions work. None. Why must it be impossible or so inhumanly difficult to simply disable the annoying and privacy-violating “Firefox suggestions” in the Firefox address bar on the iOS? When will you finally realize and accept that people should be able to use Firefox in social situations without having everyone around see one’s search history? Is this really difficult to understand? It seems that the knuckleheads at Mozilla product development lack even the most basic understanding of the concept of privacy. And yet Mozilla advertises its product with empty promises of privacy.

Hi, when using my iPad Pro, Firefox allow the movie files to be downloaded, but failed to open the window/tab to save the files. Please see the attached. This is after I hit download button and the movie has downloaded, then the screen look like this. I have already do the “restart” and Clear Cach”…and try to login and search for all the areas in “setting”…please help!
