Hello! Google won't keep me logged in onto their services on Firefox, so that means for every time i open up Firefox I have to re-log in. I don't know why this happens, and I want to keep myself logged in onto google services but I don't know how to toggle it. Please help thank u!

I have 228 kb of cached web content that will not clear. I am also unable to get past the initial pages of cabelas.com. I can get to cabelas, then click on camping, then click on camp chairs, and that is where it stops. I tried it using microsoft edge and it works fine, so my desktop pc isn't the problem. Sportsmans Warehouse has a similar web site layout and it works fine, so the 228 kb is strictly related to cabelas. The 228 kb of cached web content that won't clear and the cabelas problems started together.

No matter how many times I clear the cookies, data, web cache, that 228 kb stays right there.

If I can find some way to clear that 228 kb, I bet cabelas will again work.

On the iPhone and iPad it is possible to automatically open a desired URL when opening a new tab. But is it seriously not possible to do this on a Windows PC? It doesn't make sense to me, as browsers on PCs usually have more functions and mobile browsers have fewer functions.

Hi, having an issue where new tabs crash while browsing.

Will be fine for 30 minutes or so but opening a new tab/clicking on a bookmark leads to Gah. Your tab just crashed.

Using a working tab is OK as long as I stay on the same site.

All drivers are updated.

Once it happens, I close my browser and I am then fine for a while.

Removed all themes/add-ons in case of conflict but still same issue so re-added.

Any advice appreciated.

ok what im having issues with is is kixeye.com.... instead of this site it keeps going to https://m.kixeye.com/. instead of www.kixeye.com. there is no option to change it to the desktop site like when im on my phone

any help rectifying this would be a great help

When I try to access Developer Community from Visual Studio 2022 ('Send feedback' 'report a problem') the banner displays with selection items but no content is displayed. This has been a problem for several months (years maybe). I now have a problem that I cannot solve and I need to report it and I cannot if content is not displayed.

I started getting "can't load XPCOM" errors when starting Firefox. I did a full uninstall, then attempted to install the new version, I still get the same error during the install.

The website mylotto.co.nz has been blocking Firefox for many months now and when I rang them to find out what the problem is they just say they are having problems but it was obvious that the person there was reading a script and fobbing me off. This has been going for many months now a problem would have been fixed by now. I would like to know if you can bring pressure to bear on them to get reinstated again. I visited about:support for the first time today, and I notice a list of Add-ons I was unaware of (i.e. I did not installed these), and I have questions.

Some of these made me think about the search shortcuts I see in Firefox's search setting:

Are these preinstalled in the Firefox browser? What is their function? Are the search shortcuts and these add-ons associated?

I've been banging my head against a wall trying to figure this one out. Every time a video plays on youtube, reddit, etc it will show normal colors for a split second then it will darken it and wash out the colors. Not sure what is causing this.

Things I've tried: gfx.color_management.native_srgb to true in about:config Changing video settings in nvidia control panel Turning off hardware acceleration Restarting browser and PC Updating browser and video drivers, windows as well Turning off all extensions Trying with codecs both deactivated and reactivated

No other browser does this and ALSO when I run firefox in private mode it doesn't happen and videos run normally. Also when I try to record or take a screenshot of it it looks normal. Thank you for any assistance.

Due to a recent major security breach I started changing all of my passwords on my main desktop, I did not have sync on at the time. I then opened up my work laptop (again unsynced) and decided I should really use the sync feature to transfer my 500+ passwords onto my laptop for when I travel.

When I got home that evening, I turned on the sync feature on my main desktop, unfortunately it pulled all of my compromised passwords from my laptop and overwrote the ones on my main desktop. Is there anyway to restore my pre-sync passwords and ensure that they get transferred to my laptop instead please.

I have been facing this issue when accessing Google Drive using Firefox, after selecting a file and clicking on "File information" option the "Details" and Activity" tabs simply don't load, as you can see in these screenshots.

Also, I found this thread also here on Mozilla Support from two years ago that reports the same issue. Apparently the bug was solved but ended up returning in most current versions.

I opened the current thread just to report this bug again. Thanks.

Firefox was logged into my account and synced before migrating computer to Azure AD. After installing and logging into the fresh install of Firefox, there is no data associated with the account. It looks as though it was created today, even though I logged into the pre-existing account. I even have emails to this account from over a year ago.

Any way to recover?
