Weird Data Corruption. Subject in Preview mismatches with Actual Content of the Message.

The mismatch was not due to cache or refresh because it persisted through Thunderbird restarts and also moving the message across folders.

Thunderbird Version Number: 128.1.0esr (64-bit) (on Linux Mint Wilma)

I have two o365 accounts from different companies. One of them works fine the other I get "user authenticated but not connected" I turned off ipv6 globally and specifically for outlook.office.com and tried relogging even revoked the app and allowed it again. Sending emails somehow works but it keeps loading even after the email is received. I'm on Linux tried both native and flatpak app. These account also work just fine through davmail. The irony is that the account which doesn't work recommends Linux users to use thunderbird that's what promoted me to switch to it instead of davmail.

I deleted a work account (hosted on google) and I keep getting pop-ups from Oauth to authenticate it. Looking at the troubleshooting information while it is not in the mail and news accounts list it does show up as an account.

Also, looking at the profile directories I seem to also see possible accounts that were deleted a long time ago but still straggling around.

How can I resolve this?

For the last couple of weeks, I can no longer connect to my bank (Flagstar). I assumed an update would come out to remedy it, but now I am getting somewhat worried. When I try to connect, my page goes into a long 'working' status before telling me there is a "Problem Loading Page"

Since update to ver 128.1.0esr the "new subfolder" feature does not work (does not show window to name new folder). I have many subfolders and I rely on them heavily. I tried restarting Thunderbird, then Windows. I ran in debug mode with no success. I downloaded and installed 128.2.0esr again. No change.

Is it possible to go back to the earlier version? Which is? Thanks, Frederick

This is about Thunderbird. I'm using version 115.12.1 (64-bit). When composing or forwarding an email, I can't see the subject after typing it in and moving the cursor to another field. If I move my cursor back to the subject field, the subject becomes visible again. Is this the way it is intended to work?

Whether I use Firefox or Google, when i pull up search results NONE of the businesses show a rating anymore, a feature which used to be there. Example, I search for "home insurance". A list of Insurance companies with their overall average rating should show up. The ratings are gone. All of them. Why is this? Same happens regardless of what type of business I am searching for.

Netzero says I am located in Phoenix, Az. I am in Tucson, Arizona. It won't let me change it. I have tried numerous times but to no avail. What is the solution to this? I am going crazy trying to rectify this on my own.

On a LIvestream I'm getting an UNDEFINED error code I've cleared cookies but the problem continued I don't know how to clear if it's on you end or the web site I use to be able to beat it before it appears not it will not let me watch any shows at all

Hello Help, I go to https://support.mozilla.org/gl/questions/1340339 as per Google's directions and find 3 Firefox Feedback items, yet no way to get to the Google's and Mozilla's standard prevalent "Go to Help and click 'Submit Feedback'," yet there is no such option for this. It's odd bc I see this:

  "2 respostas    3 have this problem     2 views"

Repostas isn't even in English, and there's no way to click a "I have this problem exact same problem" and the "Views" have to be greater than 2. I see one angry feedback was complaining there is no way to submit feedback, and the response is the standard answer. Are you talking about a different Firefox or you're, for some reason, giving the Android solution? Or perhaps you pulled 3 questions submitted via the question forum, well before more people could say they also have the same issue, and posted static copies of them. At least have the wherewithal to tell us there's no way to just submit feedback other than by the question forum. This doesn't seem like too much to ask of you where you get the chance to defend yourselves when it's required. And it seems reasonable to submit feedback so as a person gets an answer, so why not say so? Anyway, that's my peeve except for a different one I'll ask separately. Cheers, r P.S. I have posted this before but have not found a solution. When I open my modem configuration page in FireFox I get one display but when I open it in Edge (which I would only use if absolutely as a last resort) I get a different but correct display. I will attach two jpg images to illustrate what I see. Notice the overlap on the FireFox image. This only occurred with a recent update in Fox.

I couldn't stop the 'need password' popups so I decided to uninstall my Hotmail account from Thunderbird and reinstall it. Unfortunately I am unable to reinstall it. When I try I get a message that the incoming server exists. I go into the advanced configuration and all ports are correct and Oauth2 authorization is selected. I changed to normal password and got the same error message. I checked and there was no outlook server under passwords on output server.

Next I opened a new outlook email and tried again. Now I get the error message 'could not get issuer for oathe authentication". I changed the authorization to normal password and got the error message 'Unable to log in at the server. Probable wrong configuration, username or password. I am sure that I am using the correct username and password.

I need someone to help me figure out how to export my Firefox passwords to my mobile phone. I'm trying to follow the instructions that are on the laptop but I'm just totally baffled. PLEASE HELP! YEAH HOW DO I SEND THE MOTHERFUCKER

I have tried everything but my sites show up in microfonts and run off the page, examples are Amazon and Mailchimp. I then have to enlarge it and end up scrolling to the right to try and see the whole page. I went to the settings and changed fonts & font sizes but the problem remains. It drives me crazy and it is also time consuming. What am I not doing right or how can I resolve this?

I've read several posts about Thunderbird users who receive PDF attachments as "win.dat" files instead. But I have a very different and specific case, where 3 people are all sharing an office and all receiving the same emails from their clients. Two of these folks are getting the PDF attachments properly, but 1 of them always gets the win.dat attachment. They were all using Thunderbird version 102.15.1 so I decided to upgrade them to 115.3.1, and same issue. Just this one user gets win.dat file instead of PDFs. I even updated just that one to 115.5.1 and nothing changed. I've disabled and re-enabled anti-virus software, I've uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat. I've also made sure to verify under Files & Attachments that PDFs are associated with Acrobat.

Thoughts?
