Installing Thunderbird on a new Laptop fails: The e-mail address is correct, as is the password. The following message appears : Settings were found in the Mozilla IISP database. After clicking: Done, the error message appears: Login to the server failled. The configuration, user name or password may not be correct. According to my settings, however, evrything is correct. What can I do?

Recently i updated my Thunder bird account and have to say the worst thing i have ever done .. I use win 11 not by choice .. What has happened is i have lost everything i had saved and now do not get emails .. I had to reinstall my mail accounts but the pass words do not work and new pass words are the same.!! Deleted thunder bird and re installed it only to get the same Thunder bird set up . I have had no mail for a couple of weeks now which is a problem as i get messages from from my trade accounts !! Now can some one help with this problem ?? Regards Honiton ..

I'm trying to remove Firefox from a laptop. When I start the uninstall process it reaches the progress bar that says Unisntalling Firefox... and hangs there. 30 minutes and no discernable change.

All the buttons on the dialog are disabled and the only way to get out of it is to restart the computer.

Hi, I have a problem with my gmail account. It works on laptop, but same settings on pc doesn't let me send emails. The incoming emails on pc are ok, but when I try to send the email Mozilla says that "login on server smtp.gmail.com with my email address was not succeed". It doesn't help to try once more or to delete and reinstall the account. When I installed the gmail to Mozilla on laptop, I must accept it on Googles site, but my pc seems to remember old settings and they are wrong. An image attached. Hilkka

since upgrading to nebula TB is very slow to open messages and also very slow to delet messages -unless this can be fixed I'd like to go back to the previous version which I think is 115 - anyone know how to do this proerly without ruining things

LINUX. see subject, please. i started on this laptop w/ mint. 5 or 6 years ago. then downloaded peppermint 1 and has been working great, but the browser does not update automatically like is said. Then, my Linux guy up and passed away. I know no one in town that uses it. I'M ON LINUX. any help appreciated. have gotten some replies with folk trying to help, but it just wants to download/install whole program. my bank wants me to upgrade to at least 115. can't access accts. Chase are useless. They don't know what Linux is. Perhaps someone here can point me in right direction? Regards. God bless.

Even visiting the URL in a browser produces:

When it was necessary to change from Heart Internet to Thunderbird your representative guided me through setting up my email account on my laptop.

I would like to access my emails on my cellphone, as I did before, but require assistance in setting up that facility on my cellphone.

Please send me the details to enable, "an amateur", to load my emails onto my Apple iPhone.

I recently updated to 129.01 (64bit). Now Firefox keeps crashing, especially when I am trying to fill out an online form. Does anyone else have this issue? Any suggestions on how to resolve?

Firefox is not responding in one of my admin accounts. No problem with the other admin account.

This occured after installing Firefox 127.0.2. I restarted my iMac to complete the installation. Upon opening the admin account Firefox was not responding.
