When opening a website, the url has a padlock with a red line thru it (unsecured), the browser then waits about 5-8 seconds for the red line to disappear (secure )then begins loading the content. It behaves on win 10 and android devices. Upon refreshing Firefox on win 10, it got faster, but reverted. Unchecked wait for secure sites doesn't help.

The Site Notification for Firefox for Android is broken (don't know if it's just me) I have a notification for IGN website but Whenever I click on any site notification I received it always open a " about:blank " page rather than the actual website.

My phone model is ZTE Blade V50 Vita ZTE 8550 Running android 13

In Android 14 oneUI 6.0 i have an issue while i download, the progress of download doesn't show up, i have checked everything but only the Firefox notification of private search shows up, plus when it is downloading the file i have problems when browsing, like when i use the keyboard The keyboard automatically closes and doesn't allows me to type I don't know if i explain myself clear enough

I am writing to request assistance with an issue I am encountering on the latest version of the Firefox browser for Android. My goal is to open specified pages in the same tab using Intent from a third-party custom application. However, I have observed that different URLs open in separate tabs, contrary to my expectations.  Current Implementation:  Here is the code snippet I am currently using: java： Intent intent = new Intent(Intent.ACTION_VIEW); intent.setData(uri); intent.putExtra(Browser.EXTRA_APPLICATION_ID, packageName); startActivity(intent); Expected Behavior:  I expect different URLs to open in the same tab without opening new tabs. This functionality is crucial for my application.  Issue Background:  I have researched similar issues and found that users have had comparable needs using Browser.EXTRA_APPLICATION_ID. Unfortunately, it appears that Firefox has not fully addressed this functionality. The EXTRA_APPLICATION_ID is a feature that modern browsers should ideally support to enhance user experience and maintain continuity within a single tab. I had to get a new phone, and Firefox does not accept my password. I also have it on my tablet, and it's fine, and on my laptop, and the password is correct, but the new phone tells me "Try again." It was fine on my old phone.

Hi. I can't watch a video on any website after updating my android app to v.(126.0 I think) because it plays Stuttery and laggy. I don't have much tab open, mainly 2 or 3 and incognito mode doesn't makes any difference. Still videos play laggy as if it's on low fps. The recent update to v126.0.1 didn't fix it either. My phone is galaxy s21 ultra if it matters.

When I click on a web push notification in Firefox on Android, the link in the notification does not open. If no page is previously open in the browser, a blank tab appears. If another page is open, that page is displayed.

Out of nowhere, the browser stopped when I was browsing and the pages started showing slowness. 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻

Listening to audiobooks made me notice this problem, often whilst my phone is turned off and the audiobook is playing in the background on a tab on firefox the audio would just stop and i would find either that firefox was still open but unloaded all the tabs, or that it simply crashed. I thought this was a thing that solely happened when playing audio in the background but then i noticed that it is actually a general problem when firefox is kept open in the background. It doesnt happen after a set amount of time, sometimes it happens immediately, sometimes after like 10 minutes that it is kept in the background. How can i fix this? its very annoying.

I am having different issues with the app, close to everytime i use it. For example, i did a reinstall yesterday because i was not able to open the amazon prime gaming content... i tried to claim some free game content there, i had to login for it which i did, but after that a site showed up wich where written..."Looking for something?"..on Chrome everything worked fine.. there is even more, please contact me

I am not able to share website links to Google Messages using Firefox Nightly for Android, version 127.0a1 (Build #2016020495).

Steps to reproduce: open email message, tap on a link, once the link opens in the Powered by Firefox Nightly screen I tap on the sharing icon, select Google Messages, Google Messages opens but the link address is not pasted on the compose message box. Trying to manually copying and pasting the link has the same result. The only way to be able to share the link is to open the link in Firefox Nightly (the full browser) and then share it.

This happens on a Google Pixel 8 Pro using the latest Android 14 version with related updates.

Hi, this issue has been present for a long time for me, and with many versions of Firefox Nightly for Android.

I'm always using the latest nightly for browsing Youtube only, with a set of specific settings and addons (since we can't use profiles on Android yet)

My problem is I've configured the Homepage to never show anything but a few URLs I chose to pin, you can see my settings and my homepage in the screenshots attached.

Despite the "Recently visited" setting being disabled, sometimes, but not everytime, the last pages I visited are added to the Homepage, after the pinned sites. I have no idea what triggers it or not, if I'm doing something wrong or if it's a bug.

I have read the thread for this similar problems, tried all the suggestions but I'm Still experiencing videos not staying full-screen. Is there any other solution to it? This has started since yesterday but everything was fine before then.

When commenting on 9gag, the blue "post" button disappears. If I choose "Desktop sight", the entire page reformats and becomes different and I lose all of my posting information.
