Also my About This Mac says my OS is 13.6.7 and as you can see listed below it says 10.15. something strange is going on and has been for a long time. I deserve my privacy just like everyone else! I received a notice when trying to download : We can't connect to server at downloadzip.wolfgangsvault.com . It was suggested that I check that Firefox has permission to access the web ( I might be connected but behind a firewall). Please help . Thanks!

Whenever I click my mouse somewhere blank on a webpage firefox will always select some text/image despite being nowhere close to it. This does not happen to me on chrome.

Hi, I get a message "No video with supported format and MIME type" when I try to watch movies on my website : https://www.spiriferminerals.com/product,25270,produkt.html The same movie works on Chrome but not on Firefox. Can you help ? Thanks ! Joanna

Since doing an update on the Firefox browser, I am unable to access one specific website that had no issues prior. The website that is no longer available to open in Firefox is owned/managed by an organization outside of the USA. After 3 or 4 days of attempting to open this specific website, I launched a Google browser and had no trouble opening the website. I am hoping that Mozilla is not going to the culture of suppressing religious freedoms by deciding which websites can and can not be accessed on that basis.

Downloading emails became grindingly slow and so I re-installed Firefox only to find that years of saved emails across many many folders, as well as contact addresses have vanished.

Help please

Lately I am unable to log on to pay bills on Firefox with error message that my user name or password isn't recognized, but I can easily log in on a different browser, like Google. I am NOT using a VPN! It doesn't do it for every credit card, maybe 3 out of 5. I have not changed any settings, and this started about 2 months ago. HELP!

The fucking forced dark mode has return despite the previous fix layout.css.prefers-color-scheme.content-override = 1 in about:config fixing it for years. This and the current replacement fixes don't save. I want a solution for PERMANENT light mode (black text on white background) for ALL menus, pop-ups, dropdown menus and hover over tab info.

And don't tell me to go search for a different theme I've already spent hours doing that and firefox has broken them only making some menus use the appropriate mode. On top of that I can't even pick an option to search for one that uses light mode I just have to go through each one and try it if I want to know which mode it uses that is NOT a solution to anything.

Replacement "fixes" for reference: ui.systemUsesDarkTheme won't even let me set to 0 only has true/false browser.theme.content-theme set to 1 browser.theme.toolbar-theme set to 1 (Why in the absolute hell these were added when a simple addition to preference setting wasn't is beyond me)

Very sorry for the aggressiveness but I am so very VERY tired of having to fight firefox on this preferance for years when their dark mode hurts my eyes.

I have tried installing free Outlook but it does not allow me transfer all my local folders (I have many) with all my history and information.

Is an update to Firefox due that will support this new modern authentication process or do I loose all my local folders?

For the past week, anything Google just refuses to load unless I clear my cache every few minutes. I open a new tab and type in a search and the tab does nothing. I try to open my gmail and the page won't load. And navigating the settings tab every few minutes is getting really annoying.

A few weeks ago I accidentally allowed Firefox to Block Youtube from making Viewing suggestions to me. Now when I go to Youtube from Firefox, all I get is a Blank screen. I want to REVERSE THAT decision and ALLOW youtube to make suggestions to me. Please help me get back to AS IT WAS BEFORE, or if you could do that for me would be great . Thanks Anand

The gethostbyname() function returns a structure of type hostent for the given host name. Here name is either a hostname or an IPv4 address

i wonder then what this browser does. not remembering by name. here thus the word never is better replaced by -> ask me again next time.

Recently when I move the mouse, the screen zooms in. The "command -" does not reset the screen. "View sZoom actual size" works, but I have to use it many times each time I use the computer. What is causing this? How can I fix it? It only started in the last couple of weeks.
