My email application is zmailcloud.com from Cloudiance. It has worked fine for me for years using Firefox. However, in the last week or so, when I open an email message, I cannot see anything but empty "From"and To" fields. Nothing is in the body of the message, either (see attached screenshot). But, if I open a reply or forward message, everything in the original message appears normal (see other screenshot). This problem does not occur using Micrsoft Edge, only Firefox. Anyone have any suggestions???

Why does PG&E (Pacific Gas & Electric) now refuse to accept login's to their website using Firefox? They claim that they no longer accept Firefox as a supported browser. Gotta use Microsoft Edge (ughh)

When I attempt to search something and expect a redirect to my search engine or try to access a site that autocompletes in the address bar (for example, typing drive, autocompleting to drive.google.com, then clicking Enter to go to Google Drive), sometimes the website does not load after pressing Enter, and it is as if the search/address input did not go through after pressing Enter.

This seems to be an issue that has been occurring only over the past few months. What may be the issue, and how may I resolve this?

One of the Firefox profiles does not save logins and passwords, but other profiles of the browser at that same computer have not that problem. How can I solve this problem ?

After 129.0 update hulu streaming quit working. I have other streaming services that still work fine. I tried it on older version of firefox 115.14.0esr (64bit) (old pc microsoft 8.1) and it works fine there. Can i go back to an older version of firefox or is this a known issue with update?

 This is the issue, Hulu website loads and allows you to log in. When you try to stream a show it plays commercial then freezes.

Yesterday I was able to see www.wowpresentsplus.com videos without a problem, but today I'm getting the next error:

Unable to play video. Please try again in a supported browser.

I have the latest version of firefox. I've cleared the cache and so on. Any idea on how to solve this?

I have a new computer ... I like using Firefox as a browser but continue to have issues logging into Facebook...I have opted to use Chrome as I do not have issues using it.. When is Mozilla/Firefox going to address this issue & finally fix it??

When I attempt to go to Walgreens.com to access my prescription account I get the following message:

What is wrong and how do I correct it?

As noted by others about recently-prior versions of Firefox, version 129 ALSO fails to play videos (on Amazon Prime) at HD even though other browsers, Chrome and Edge as examples, work perfectly well. This problem MAY have started with a fairly recent version of Firefox (like 127 or 128). See the post right here by another user, earlier Firefox version, with the EXACT same problem:

I open firefox and bing.com home page search pops up. not in theams and extensions to be removed. how do i get rid of this???

Hello. Recently I've noticed video quality has been reduced on amazon prime video. I get a message saying my hardware doesn't meet HDCP requirements.

I've already tried playing the same video on edge, and the quality selector was fine there, full HD video.

Been an issue for a while now. I try to start a YouTube video, and it spins and spins forever, maybe only loading the first 15 seconds before finally crashing the player. Twitch and other video service websites work perfectly fine. Tried a different browser, again worked perfectly fine. I erased all cookies, relogged in and tried, and it seemed to work for a little while, but then it eventually went right back to the way it was. Tried repeating the process, just deleting all YouTube cookies every time I wanted to watch something, and while it worked occasionally it was very inconsistent and obviously very annoying to have to do. Tried disabling ad and malware blockers, as well as all my other extensions, no dice. Needless to say, I'm stumped. Any clues..?

i have a problem when trying to open a web page called nakos.no, but because of somthing called nginx it wont open.

How do i fix it?

I used to be able to press Enter in the empty Firefox search bar to bring up the (DuckDuckGo) search page and enter my search from there. Don't ask me why I like doing that, but now after the latest Firefox update, 128.0, on my MacBook Air I can't do that anymore. I have to type in the search bar to bring up the search page.

I know it's a small thing but I wonder if it can be put back to the way it used to be.

A couple of websites in Firefox just wont scroll down at all, hence I cannot access all the information or links. zooming out helps partially but not convenient. how can I fix this please? I already turned off and then back on the hardware acceleration option that was offered to someone as a solution. The same site works perfectly fine in Chrome.

Another issue, i tend to notice more frequently in comparison but still very rare is where the whole site is greyed out or no buttons or links work. Possibly because you must click on accept or some button/link that I am unable to see or access despite all efforts. so, you give up!

Hi everyone,

I use Firefox as my primary browser for several reasons, but the main one is because it has the best Picture-in-Picture (PiP) feature. However, I no longer use Windows and have encountered problems with it on various Linux distributions (Ubuntu, Fedora, Debian...). Currently, I'm only using Fedora 40, and the problem persists.

The issue is that when I click on the PiP icon, it activates normally, but when I switch windows or minimize and then maximize Firefox again, the video disappears.

I will attach some screenshots to clarify the issue.

I would like to know if there is any way to resolve this. I’ve already reset the settings, cleared the cache, and tested different installation methods (software store, .tar.bz file, apt, dnf, snap). I’ve tried troubleshooting mode and even installed the Developer Edition, but the problem persists. I’m wondering if this is an issue with the Linux version of Firefox.
