The Inbox is not showing up but my Drafts is showing two emails in it, but I can not forward on do anything with them. I am on a updated Dell Studio laptop with Windows 10. I have had a lot of problems getting my email to work Optimum using suddenlink.net server. It is working well on my Mac Mini. I have been at this for two days trying to get it to work. Thanks for the work on this good software!

I recently upgraded Thunderbird from v102 to v115. Since installing that upgrade, starting Thunderbird in my email inbox results in the inbox message list window showing a message received days ago at the bottom of the listing. The scrollbar is not all the way at the bottom. I can scroll down to the bottom of the list to see the last message received, but this should not be necessary, and this is a change from the way v112 worked.

If I close Thunderbird with a newsgroup or an inbox subfolder selected, then when I next open Thunderbird and select the inbox the listing goes all the way down to the last received message as it should.

How can I make this behavior the default when starting Thunderbird in the inbox? Thanks!

I am not computer savy and I have tried every way I know to get to the following web site. Please help me. I put it in and it just says not logged in. I have tried changing passwords and that does not matter. I've got a new phone and yet again Firefox on Android is listing sites in the address bar I've never been to. Webmd com is one and every time I install Firefox on a ohone this site appears ad a suggestion. Nationalgeographic.com is another and there are others as well. I've never been to these aites on thus ohone. They aren't being synched from elsewhere as sites I've been to aren't being suggested.

I tried to use youtube thumbnails like adding a layer on thumbnails, and changing the youtube logo... Suddenly it doesn't work, tried combinations from DOM to everything. As currently expected, you can see the PC version on https://github.com/Omarplayz233/pearify-firefox

Firefox on my samsung galaxy A15 is not syncing my macbook pro Firefox bookmarks. Tried a few troubleshooting tips and still nothing. Instruction keep saying to pair from within sync settings but i dont know what that means. My camera is the only way im able to scan qr codes.

Having followed the instructions at https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/office/modern-authentication-methods-now-needed-to-continue-syncing-outlook-email-in-non-microsoft-email-apps-c5d65390-9676-4763-b41f-d7986499a90d to update the security settings on my outlook/hotmail email accounts Thunderbird no longer reliably saves/enters the passwords. The password is saved in settings as that is where I copy it from to enter manually but why is Thunderbird not doing the entry as previously. It is not every log in and not always the same account, but regularly one or the other will come up with "enter your credentials" Also occasionally the credentials screen will flash on screen and then disappear, not necessarily for the account I am using at the time but one of the others. I hope someone can help, I've changed all the settings in Thunderbird for my whole family's emails (hotmail.co.uk, hotmail.com, live.co.uk) from Normal Password to OAuth2. All incoming and outgoing servers are exactly the same as Microsoft advised. None of my accounts work, neither for sending or receiving.

I removed one account and tried to re-add it (that was the advice given if the first method didn't work) but when it tries to check the password, it takes forever. I've tried to manually configure it but it wouldn't download any folders or emails. I removed it and tried to re-add it but have been unable to do even that.

My default account hasn't been able to send more than 25% of emails for a few weeks. I'm up to date with all updates and I've restarted Thunderbird and my laptop countless times.

Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

Most of my calendar entries (events) generate a corresponding "blue dot" on the mini-calendar for the dates of those events. However, some events do not generate that blue dot for its respective date(s). In my case, I have an event that spans multiple days (NOT an "All day Event"--it's from 3:00 p.m. on 11 July through 4:00 p.m. on 13 July), but there is no blue dot on those days on the mini-calendar. (See image attached.) Other events set up the same way do have the blue dots. Is there something about how events are set up that might not generate the blue dot?

For some months now I have been finding that, when I try to log on to the BBC website or the Youtube website using my default browser Firefox I get a timed out message. However, both websites usually open when I try for the second time. This never happened before. For both sites I log on from Windows 10 desktop icons. This defect is now annoying me so much I am inclined to switch to Chrome or Microsoft Edge as default browsers where the problems do not occur. I have tried a number of suggested solutions shown on line but nothing has worked to date. Before I switch default browser I will try further suggested solutions if anyone has any.

Hello Since Youtube on mozilla got updated, it changed showing description and comments to the right, (instead of the bottom) there is missing info on the right When a video has timestamps it is not showing all the description that has in it instead is showing only timestamps When a video doesn't have timestamps then you can see everything and no description is missing The timestamps on a video is blocking the description of the video Soon as I press see more it's showing only the timestamps of the video not the description Is there any solution about?

Hi, I am a big fan of Firefox Sync in general, and of the "send tab to other device" feature in particular. I have Firefox on all my devices (Android phone, iPad, PC, work laptop and a laptop in a cabin) and while I'm browsing, I do send tabs to other devices a lot, because it's a cool stuff to checkout, but not in the moment, or not in that context: news articles or blog posts discovered on the couch but relevant to work, some items I see in the shop but I want to check dimensions prior to buying, some cool idea to check out while at the cabin, etc. My day-to-day browsing experience relies heavily on that feature.

My issue is that one of the device (laptop in the cabin) is used only randomly, with sometimes weeks between it's turned on again. And after around 2 weeks, that entry disappears from the possible devices I can send the tab too. I do understand where it comes from, as it allows keeping a clean and meaningful list, I can live with that, no worries.

But is there a way to "keep alive" a device beyond these two weeks? At the minimum, something on the mozilla account's device list, like a "confirm still relevant" button next to the "sign out" one.
