How do I either stop videos from autoplaying or auto repeating? Either one would be a blessing but I've searched and cannot find an effective way to do it. Blocking in Firefox is not effective. Mostly it seems in facebook, but I believe it repeats all the time on all sites.

Playback of videos on the invideo.io site is not supported. Also the Tiktok account page for uploading videos says Firefox is not supported. Both sites recommend Chrome or Edge instead. I'm using the latest version on my laptop. Firefox is my default browser so would like these sites to work.

Can you please tell me how to get my extensions to appear on the toolbar? As you can see from the image (titled "forFirefox03"), only one is shown.

The images (titled "forFirefox01" and "forFirefox02") show all the extensions that I would like to have on the toolbar.

I've included the "About Firefox" (titled "forFirefox04") to show you which browser version I have.

I don't know if I need to show you the title names, but I'm used to Microsoft Answers, where I can put the images between the text, and here, I can't, so I'm assuming I have to show you them as names and images.

here is the run down of this problem and how to fix it over and over and over its not really fix its a work around...

first things first Version 129.0.2 64bit problem is on both linux and windows 10/11 problem is the same on both having addons installed does not seems to matter as it seems this a problem with firefox it self and devs have bin ignoring it for a long time it seems

so what happens open a page open in new tab or just following a link (google or other search engine etc) page loads fully select text and right click to open context menu copy is greyed out and does not work work around switch tab and just switch back right click to open context menu copy it not greyed out anymore and can now be used

this happens at 100% rate works around always works but that is not a fix to this problem

ctrl+c works but context menu copy still show's greyed out

problems seems to happen even on a clean install of firefox windows or linux

and to test it even more i just reinstalled windows and arch linux on my laptop (it need a good clean up) so there was not last over date in appdata or program data on windows and the same on linux nothing was save there was no account logged in to sync data/settings

just to check if im not going insane here i installed chorme load the same page's copy on context menu always works

I have the Dutch and English dictionary installed and both show up in the context menu. But at random, only the Dutch dictionary is checked and the English one not. The Spellchecker then only uses the Dutch and I have to manually enable English again. This is really at random. For example on YouTube: I write a comment and English is checked. But another time on YouTube, English suddenly is not checked and have to enable it again in the context menu. So not a huge deal but still remarkable.

About two or three times a month the PC randomly freezes completely if a video is running in the actual Firefox browser (regardless of the site, regardless of whether it is in the active tab or in the background). First the image freezes, after about 10 seconds the sound freezes. Only a hard reset helps. The problem is observed both in actual Windows 11 and in Manjaro Linux. In games, rendering, stress tests and other PC works stably, does not freeze. How to solve this problem?

I have the "Always ask you where to save files" check box checked in settings, but it still just automatically saves everything to my downloads folder and I keep having to then cut and paste the file where I want it. I also have "Ask whether to open or save files" checked. Any idea how to fix this, so it will ask me where to save downloads?

Having hundreds of opened tabs across many windows and 3 separate desktops , I can not find tab that suddenly become active. Particular Icon of active desktop icon and active window icon and list of tabs specific icon should be flashing to make easy to find transmitting/active Icon/tab in ‘Firefox’.

Firefox, is crashing all the time. A restart does not help/work, Firefox stays active (see screenshots before and after restart

Hi, Could you add a simple feature for autoscrolling pdf files in the built-in viewer ? It would be a great help when playing sheet music, etc.

Just: start/stop (with hotkeys) and scroll speed setting. It exists for chrome: Tab Scroller - Guitar Tab Auto Scroll, but I would prefer to use firefox of course.

 An update or two (maybe more?) ago, the plus sign with which we add shortcuts to the Firefox browser home page/new tab page disappeared, so now we can no longer add shortcuts on the home page/new tab page.  Please help.  I am running Firefox Version 129.0.2 (64-bit) on a Windows 11 Pro 64-bit if that makes any difference.  Thanks.

Hi I have a problem opening some pages with new certs. When I try to open them I get this message SEC_ERROR_CERT_NOT_IN_NAME_SPACE In LibreWolf v.115.0.2-2 it works, asks for cert approval and opens without a problem.
