After updating Firefox, when searching on Google, it no longer recognizes my location. I'm in Minneapolis, but when I bring up maps, it shows Austin TX. I did try to update my default location on my computer, but it still keeps showing my location as Austin TX. Maps works fine on Microsoft Edge

I can't sign into my Thunderbird account. I keep getting this message "Login to server imap.comcast.net with username mdbedard@comcast.net failed." I can't send or receive emails.

the latest updates to firefox have ruined access to youtube videos causing extensive loading delays and in some cases not allowing the youtube article to load at all using DuckDuckGo youtube runs fine

When I receive junk email, Thunderbird shows mail received (for example 10 emails) there are ...again for example 3 in my inbox and the other 7 are nowhere to be found. Not in junk and not in trash. I am concerned that there might be some emails that are not junk that I am not able to get. I would like to be able to review the junk folder prior to deletion. What setting options do I need to change to make this happen? I am using pop email... Thanks!!

When trying to login to my AT&T account from fire fox the page continually refreshes and will not load. Microsoft edge will login fine. Anyone know the solution?

Why doesn't developer edition doest have a flag like web security disabled like in chrome to bypass cors issues for local development . I am planning to switch from chrome to mozilla but now I am disappointed because I can't use it for my local server development..

This is a repeat of a problem that I posted a couple of weeks ago. I am unable to log in to my New York Times account on Firefox (other browsers work fine). I have reset the password several times but it still doesn't work. I had a response to my previous question that led me to disable Total Cookie Prevention for that site. Thereafter the Times seemed to work properly and I stated that the problem was fixed. However, the fix lasted for only a short time and it is again acting the way it previously acted--I can't get past the first page to the full stories. There must be something else at work, but I have no idea what.

This issue is only on two computers (24" iMac running Sonoma) - others at the client site work normally.

Client has up to date Firefox (127.0.2 - also tried latest ESR) full screen with multiple tabs - config set to use system print dialog by default. Print - print dialog opens, print is sent. Tabs are now greyed out, cannot type in text boxes. Changing context (opening and closing About Firefox) restores normal function.

set up a new profile - same issue.

I have accounts for my husband, sister and daughter as well as myself. Lately when I try to access my emails I keep getting messages to enter the passwords for these accounts. I have never had to do this before. I don't have passwords for them and don't even really know how to do this.

Also my emails are very slow. I was waiting for a link to a podcast and the email with the code took a little over five hours after the podcast before I received it. This has never happened before.

i get a pop up when a new email come in on my main monitor. i have many. sometimes i would like to just delete it there rather than open up the inbox to delete once it arrives in my in box. a delete trash can icon would be nice to have on that pop up

I have installed Thunderbird in an attempt to escape from BT's email setup. Unfortunately, the Thunderbird I seem to have I am finding very difficult to use. Things like what to view, and how to arrange the various elements to view. Also, I seem to have a long list of messages in the inbox etc which takes a very long to time to load. I'm just wondering whether to uninstall it, and try again. Advice on setting it up would be welcomed. But please note I am not very computer-literate so, if it is a product intended for experienced users, should I try a 'Plan B'...?

Firefox is my favourite browser so I prefer using it in all my online activities. When I go to Adobe Firefly though, I consistently get a warning that this browser is not compatible and they suggest using Chrome, Safari or the latest version of Firefox !!! I am using the latest version available, 127.0.2 but Adobe does not detect it correctly. I have to switch to Chrome, that I'm not very fond of. I saw that a similar issue was posted 10 months ago but it's now archived and I can't even include a link to it here :( So, I hope this comment helps in case others have the same problem. I've been happily using Thunderbird for a long time and now have version 115.12.2 (64-bit) on my MacBook Pro. It's old (10.14.6) but it's all I need. Until yesterday, TB worked fine. Suddenly, business emails stopped saving to my "Sent" Folder. I deleted a number of old emails and compacted the folder but that has not helped. I don't have the problem with other TB accounts. I checked the account settings:

               Place a copy in "Sent" Folder on (my account) – as it always was.

I also checked "Show confirmation dialog when messages are saved". Despite seeing that, the message is NOT saved.

Are my sent mails from the last 24 hours saved anywhere? If so, how can I retrieve them?. How can I make sure they are saved in my "Sent" folder? Thanks so much!

Zited from my earlier report: The usual process that happened when deleting or separating attachments from e-mails was that a copy of the email without the attachment was produced by Thunderbird and the original email was deleted.

This is not longer working. When I delete an attachment, the original email containing the attachment is not deleted. So I have two versions of the email in my postbox, one with the attachment, the other without.

Probably I'm missing a setting?

I recently got a new PC with WINDOWS 10 and loaded Thunderbird to pick up my email. However, now the mail client keeps making new profile folders, which I keep trying to delete. I am up to 6 now. THey are all in my deleted section of my Local Folders. How do I remove them for good. I thought all deleted items were supposed to disappear once you close the program, no? I never had to even deal with Profile Folders on my older PC. Thank oyu for your assistance.

Copying text with the latest version of Firefox 127.0.1 (64-bit) does not catch all lines of a page and its text the marking of these lines are ignored the same page text works if using Chrome

Those marked grey (in attached file) are the only that are captured as all the rests are left out even if they was intended to be marked .

Any help would be appreciated!!!
