I have read the thread for this similar problems, tried all the suggestions but I'm Still experiencing videos not staying full-screen. Is there any other solution to it? This has started since yesterday but everything was fine before then.

My firefox version: 124.2.0 My phone: Xiaomi redmi note 13

The problem: This problem is most prominent when I want to listen to music on youtube while having another app open. I have "video background play fix" add-on. Interestingly, just going to the home screen keeps the song playing, but once I go to any other app (tested with discord, whatsapp and veryfitpro) the song stops playing. Then I go back to the app and it reloads the entire website and the song is at the beginning waiting for me to press play. I've tried different battery optimization strategies in the app's settings and none of them worked. Tried clearing the cache.

Private tabs disconnects the second I switch to another app or turn off screen. And when I switch back tabs basically opens again. So if I try to listen to a podcast from a private tab, it will stop, if there was any data typed, it will be lost. I disabled all power saving settings on the phone, it didn't help. And I didn't find anything in Firefox settings I'm using redmi note 10 with miui 14 global. Firefox from Google play. And UBlock and Privacy Badger are installed

There used to be 4 root folders in my bookmarks toolbar on PC: bookmarks toolbar, bookmarks menu, other bookmarks and mobile bookmarks. Recently I noticed the "mobile bookmarks" folder is gone. That is where bookmarks saved in the default folder on mobile were synced. What happened?

Hi, I can't change the default hover color of buttons in the navigation bar. It either remains totally unaffected or there appears a larger background image of my color overlaid with the smaller default hover image. Hover on the bookmarks toolbar works fine, except for the "Show more bookmarks" chevron, which behaves exactly like a navigation bar button. I tried these:

1. nav-bar toolbarbutton:hover,

3. nav-bar toolbarbutton-icon:hover,

I'm developing a website and noticed while testing that firefox sends requests to "/sw.js" on my local webserver. When starting with a fresh profile folder, this does not happen (and also not with other browsers). So, I thought, this might be one of my extensions, but in Troubleshooting mode, the browser still sends these requests, everytime a site is refreshed. It does not affect performance or anything, I am just afraid that I was somehow hacked as I did not make many settings in firefox. Do you know, how I could further diagnose the problem?

I made my account and signed in, but now Im stuck on the firefox account and help page, if I exit so I can browse, it logs me out and asks me to sign in again. why can't I browse?

I logged into my account on my mobile browser, and was able to see all my passwords and saved data that I had on my computer. I ended up signing by accident and when I logged back in all my passwords and bookmarks where gone. How can I restore them??

As you can see here, despite me setting custom colors and checking every setting i could find, i can't seem to find what will turn this white color to grey or black,

does anyone know how to fix this?

I would like to develop an application that runs continuously, say, at a panel found in a kiosk. I am considering designing it as a webpage that runs locally through the browser but I would like to prevent the users from interacting with the OS or closing the tab and the browser. Is there a way to lock Firefox in full screen and hide the exit buttons? Alternatively, do you have another recommendation for development that is more appropriate, for instance a native app?

Every time I restart firefox, my spellchecker languages disappear, leaving me only with one - the addons are still installed, they're just not available to be selected. Even now I can't spellcheck in english. Please help.

Hi friends. We have had some recent power outages when everything was back up running my youtube screen only shows the video but everything else is white. I will try to attach a screenshot.

I am running an iMac with system Sonoma 14.4.1 installed.

I have used Firefox for over 10 years with no problems.

When commenting on 9gag, the blue "post" button disappears. If I choose "Desktop sight", the entire page reformats and becomes different and I lose all of my posting information.

I'm having the same issue as previously posted below. I am on a Google pixel 7 pro.

"On youtube mobile site or a reddit video, when I click the bottom right button to fullscreen the video, a message pops up that says 'entering fullscreen mode' (with a firefox logo on the left of the message) and then firefox closes and I'm at my android home page

This seems to happen when I watch videos in a new instance. If I reopen firefox to the video and then try fullscreen again, it goes full screen no problem. So basically it's annoying and happens when I try to watch any video full screen for the first time.

Is this a known bug? Wasn't an issue on my old phone (I just got the galaxy s23). "
