I find myself unable to send the material on my google docs after declining to pay Vimeo their requested payment. Seems I cannot send anything successfully without this Vimeo in operation. Can you advise or fix the problem?

Hello, Firefox is my browser of choice for privacy and accessibility reasons. However, the speech recognition software I have been provided (Dragon professional 16) requires an extension to be installed that Firefox does not allow.

I was given the following information by Nuance, the company who manufacture the software: "The Dragon Professional web extension for Firefox is not anymore supported in Dragon 16 as Mozilla has blocked this web extension quoting a violation of their toughened security guidelines and requirements for such browser extensions on 10.06.2023 with the release of Firefox v105.

The reinstallation of the respective XPI file does not resolve the issue, especially because there is - and likely will be for the time being - no new adaptation of the web extension available.

However, our web extension should work fine if you decide to opt out of blocking extensions that have been listed as potentially dangerous by Mozilla. On your own risk you can prevent Firefox from carrying out the blocklist by changing the appropriate setting in the browser's configuration ("about:config") but Nuance does not recommend this. Further information is available from Mozilla."

If anyone can help with this, as I need the software for accessibility reasons and I don't want to be forced onto another browser because of it.

I can click on location (currently Kingfisher, OK) and then in the menu my location comes up (Mansfield, MO)but when I open a new tab Kingfisher is still there. I have done this many times, still reverts to Kingfisher

Walmart.com now uses a Press & Hold link to log in. I cannot use it in Firefox 129.0.1. I have to use Chrome. Thge link is supposed to change, when you click on it, but it doesn't change in Firefox. I was using a VPN, but even when I turn it off, it still doesn't work.

Just recently in my AOL mail inbox an autoplay video has appeared. It also appears in Chrome and FF, but, does not appear in either Edge or Safari. I use UBO in all browsers. I'm confused as to why this video only appears in FF and Chrome. I tried blocking it with UBO but that ends up blocking too much. I ended up adding the Display Autoplay extension which only stops the autoplay it does not block the video. I've attached screen shots showing the video in FF and that same area in Safari without the video. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

How do I either stop videos from autoplaying or auto repeating? Either one would be a blessing but I've searched and cannot find an effective way to do it. Blocking in Firefox is not effective. Mostly it seems in facebook, but I believe it repeats all the time on all sites.

Everytime I turn on my PC and open up firefox it pops up with it's Privacy Notice (https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/privacy/firefox/)

Things that I've already tried reading solutions around here:

changing "browser.rights.3.shown" in about:config to true (it was already set to true)

Checking the homepage setting in "Settings -> Home". Which was set to "Firefox Home (Default)". When changing it to custom and hitting the "Use Current Pages" button you can see the pipe with the privacy notice address. I then changed it to a completely different one. Restarted my PC and lo and behold, it added the "| https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/privacy/firefox/" at the end of it. So no use changing it there.

Reinstalling firefox. No luck there.

Reinstalling and deleting every "Mozilla" folder in appdata and anywhere it pop up.. no luck as well.

I'm sincerely considering changing browsers at this point, I love firefox, but this is a joke. It's chaning my freaking home and forcing me into a page with no option or simple checkbox to just don't open up pages I don't want?!

During Web Dev Refreshing my website causes an error with Javascript.

In specific when I first load the website my javascript disc access works fine (correction: It breaks most of the time), it grabs the specific json file I need and at the correct index. However, upon a refresh, the script runs, and breaks (if it was working before). This wonkiness is creating a big problem for the website I am working on as I would like it to work. (To note: the Javascript loads without any errors on Chrome and other browsers).

I've asked this question before. Have not received an answer. I searched the forum and have not found a solution. When I shut down my computer every night and restart it in the morning, Firefox does NOT restore my session. "Restore previous session" is not available. One individual mentioned "virtual desktop". I don't know what that is, don't have one that I know, and don't really need one. SO, can someone please help me so that my session, open tabs, are restored upon Firefox startup? I would greatly appreciate it.

I'm having a the XULRunner error. It says that Platform version "129.0.1" is not compatible with min ad max version. I read that to solve it you need to reinstall. But I don't want to loose saved passwords, bookmaks and other stuff... How can I do it?

I've read through lots of instructions, and tried to list a site as an exception to the ad blocker, but it doesn't seem to work. The site that I want to be able to contact me is Rakuten.com. Please help. This seems so complicated.

Helping a friend who is using Firefox without having a Mozilla profile/account who is upgrading to a new PC. - Is there a way to export her passwords to a file and restore to the new PC? Going from Win 7 to Win 11. - Otherwise, can she just create a Mozilla account on her old PC and turn Sync on to transfer to the new PC? I am assuming all her settings will be retained. Can't play disney+. prime video, crunchyroll or movies on youtube. I CAN play netflix. Play DRM settings is turned on and widevine shows up on plugins. I tried turning off enhanced tracking protection/ ublock/ private badger. Tried deleting user agent/ deleting firefox folder from appdata roaming and local. I am on version 129.0.1 .

as the title states we recently had to upgrade the FF versions our clients are using because of a code update that required latest version of FF. the problem now is that PDF printing is having problems when action is set to "open in firefox" it's not able to print completely the PDF. But if we change the action to "use windows default application" it works fine.

What is the technical explanation for this? We're happy to just set the FF preferences to "use windows default application" but we'll need to tell them why that is.

I belong to My Points. Each day they have different things that you can click on to open. Recently I haven't been able to open any of them. I'm wondering if Firefox is blocking something.

I used to have a green button below the video I am watching, I would click on that button then then scroll down to mp4360 then the video would download to my computer
