A tab comes up every few minutes with " Harmony Web Protection Privacy Policy" I've checked the button " I AGREE" But it still keeps coming up, over and over. I did not ask for this extention, I did not want this extention, and I have and pay for a great security system for my computer. In the time that it took to type this the tab with "Harmony Web Protection Privacy Policy" has opened up twice. I have enjoyed Firefox for years, but maybe sometimes things don't need FIXED.

I've been trying to watch live sports events on SECN+ through my Hulu subscription, but I'm encountering an error message stating, "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported." I discovered that Firefox is blocking the stream, while it works perfectly on Chrome. With the college football season and other sports events approaching, I’m concerned that if this issue persists, I may have to stop using Firefox, which I've relied on for over two decades. I was working on strengthening my passwords using firefox as my browser and roboform. I had a us bank site open also at the time. I did not change that user id or password. However, ever since then I am unable to sign in to my us bank site. It brings up the site but as soon as I click to sign in, it greys the screen. I am able to sign in to every other site I have tried on the firefox browser. I am also able to sign in to my us bank site on at least two other browsers without issue. What has happened and how can I fix firefox to allow me to use it? The us bank site is not an app. Thank you.

I have a DAW on my computer, and I realized that as long as I have a tab with a Youtube video open, the DAW's ASIO driver won't work properly. It is as if even after stopping a video, FF does not release the audio, unless I close the entire YT tab.

In Edge that is not the case. Can't you change FF's behavior so that it releases the audio of my computer as soon as no audio is playing in the browser?

Since a few days, everytime I launch firefox browser, I receive a Malwarebytes warning that points at the firefox exe on my computer and is categorized as a trojan.

On several site there's a greyed out box top right, which disables anything it covers, can't be got rid of, and makes using Firefox for these sites impossible. Help, please?? Thank you! (I'm having to use Chrome...)

Firefox I have been using for years on my pc, and all has been fine, until a couple of days ago i tried to uploads a thumbnail to youtube and it just hangs, it works on other browsers, also uploading a video, again no progress at all it just hangs at 0% uploaded. Ive tried everything and no change, ive changed nothing, one day it worked and then it stopped. I upload videos everyday so this needs to be working for me, or I need a new browser asap as this is my business. I cannot find anything about this error online. v 129.02 (64 bit). Please advise.

I am on Windows 11. I use a Vodafone network. Most of the time I anable to access the internet. Sometimes I can, sometimes I can't. I do not use a proxy. I am totally frustrated. When I go to settings/networks it tells me that all is OK and I am connected.

When trying to use one particular website on Firefox, I get a message that I am blocked because of an ad blocker but I have not turned on any ad blocker in Firefox. How do I find out if an ad blocker is enabled on my Firefox and, if so, how do I turn it off? I have ensured that the ad blocker option in settings is unchecked and even added this web site to permissions but to no avail. Can someone help? Here is the message I get but none of the steps in this message I am told to take show up on my screen:

As Firefox no longer supports windows 8, I have downloaded and installed Firefox ESR 64-bit. I can open my banking site but the site does not show a log in button. I had no trouble with this site last week. I can access my log in details on my mobile. Can this be fixed

I AM AT HOME! I worked/talked with 4 different Charter/Spectrum people on the phone over a 3 day period. briefly I was able to get into the Charter account (Necessary because my VA & other medical appointments/communications are via charter.net) using Microsoft Edge. I no longer can. I am getting that message on Edge as well. I do not want to use Edge or Chrome, I want to use my Mozilla/Firefox/Thunderbird But that is another issue which I cannot get resolved. My monthly contributions to both get through but I cannot even get into Thunderbird for Months & can't get help. At 83, I am computer challenged. Nobody wants to make house calls. What is wrong? When I click on the "Search" bar, my designated search engines (including Google)show on a drop-down list.

No matter which engine I select, it doesn't open. None of the search engines will open. How do I get them online again? It seems to have happened after the last Mozilla update. Thank you.
