Hello, I've been having issues with the Firefox app on my Android ever since the most recent update on 4th of July. Whenever I tap the "tabs" button, the tabs viewer opens as always, but if I try to scroll and browse the tab, or if I try to close any of the visible tabs, the whole app crashes. Because of that, I can only switch between tabs by swiping, but it can be annoying if you're used to using many tabs like myself. I have cleared my cache multiple times and it didn't help. I am not too tech-savvy but is there any way to fix it? Thank you!

How can I guarantee a strong Internet connection as whenever I am in my basement apartment I cannot access the Internet, and this only recently started happening, I have been here for four years and the first three years I had no problem accessing the Internet.

When I fill out and submit a form on Firefox for Android, the data doesn't appear as suggestions the next time I fill out the form. However, it works well on the desktop version, where I get suggestions like my first name.

I logged into my account because my passwords are not coming up and I used to have a 175 + passwords saved and now I only have 35 I've never erased them or reset my Firefox Mozilla account just wondering how I can go about retrieving my information that has been lost

I've just happened to learn that Firefox on Android no longer uses a master password to protect passwords. That was a feature that has kept me on Firefox forever.

It is insufficient, dangerous, and insecure to rely on my device PIN. PINs are not long, can be brute forced, and law enforcement can compel discloser.

I am baffled by this choice. If it is how its going to be I have no particular reason to use Firefox and I certainly can't financially support it.

My mothers firefox on her samsung tabA has failed or wont function. Before i delete the app and reinstall it, i would like to locate, copy or save her bookmark file, is this possible? She didnt have firefox sync set up.

It kept telling me wrong password so I went to Google Chrome and changed it. It still says wrong password. I have been sent 5 Mozilla Account Authorrization Codes. I enter code, it takes me to sign in and tells me Wrong Password Everytime. I'm lost. Please help

All videos have been stuttering on the Firefox app on my S24 ultra, and it only occurs after the video buffers or I play the video after pausing it. The video will stutter and play as if it is a 5fps video, with no audible effects on the audio itself. The video will stop stuttering when I mute it, or after I fast forward/backwards. After I do either of the two, my video goes back to not stuttering and it plays smoothly again.

I suspect the issue is related to the audio video sync on Firefox on Samsung devices. I've tried to replicate the same issue on my Xiaomi devices, but they just do not persistently stutter like on my Samsung phone. All they do is stutter for a few seconds, then continue the video smoothly.

Not sure what the issue is exactly, and is there a possible fix to make the video never stutter at all? This has been pretty persistent, happening even when I had my S21 ultra years ago.

Guten Tag Ich hatte in meiner Sammlung mehrere Ordner mit wichtigen Webseiten gespeichert. Als ich nun einen neuen Ordner mit einer Webseite speichern wollte, sah ich, das ALLE bisher gespeicherten Ordner mit den Webseiten weg sind !!! Ich hoffe ernsthaft, dieser Fehler Euerseits ist wieder herzustellen !! A. Keller
