Hi, I installed Firefox for IOS today and since I installed it I got this problem : whenever I want to sync my infos on my iPhone, it says the sync is offline, I tried to change WiFi and tried to reinstall several times the app, I also created another account and logged out my phone several times. Nothing works, each time I open the app and I click on sync now, it says that sync is offline. I can’t get my bookmarks, parameters, passwords etc.. it’s very annoying, if anyone knows a solution to make it work, I would be very grateful to hear it..

Sync is offline on my iPhone. I re-installed Firefox. I tried the trouble-shooting article provided; however, that is not working. Now I don't have my passwords nor any of my bookmarks. How can I fix this?

I have a lot of open firefox tabs on my ipad (some are in ‘inactive’ mode, but many are open. The tabs look blank in regular view. But when I click the three lines, I can see miniatures of the pages in grid form (and a very partial url above, but not enough to copy), so I can tell they must still be there in firefox’s memory, but when I click on any of the pages, a blank page with no url opens. Where are my tabs? Why can’t I get them back? I’m set to sync, but only tabs from iphone sync to ipad; the ones from ipad aren’t syncing to iphone. I’d be very grateful if someone knew what was happening and could help me resolve this. Thank you!

Today, for no particular reason that I am aware of, Firefox has undocked my normal iOS full keyboard and started using a tiny little iPhone sized keyboard. How do I restore the normal default iPad keyboard?
