I lost my account, it was b. I'm doing my best to recover an account under bbm.N CHA ca.net@gmail.com. I had also did a fire an account, but it did not go through.And i'm having complications getting back into my accounts

1. Open the Firefox for Android application 2. Either browse around first, download something beforehand, or do it right at the start, go to the 'three dot' menu on the top right screen and select the 'Downloads' section. 3. The application will freeze without opening the section and after a while will say 'Firefox not responding' before crashing.

I'm trying to pair my Pocket account on my Kobo Clara. I've tried pairing using both my phone and Desktop using the Firefox browser on the most recent versions. When I press the authorize button I receive an error saying "There was a problem trying to connect this app to Pocket. Please try again." The Desktop site is a little more descriptive saying "Can't log in to Pocket We're currently experiencing intermittent issues logging in to Pocket accounts. We're working closely with Pocket to resolve the situation, and apologize for any inconvenience. Please try logging in later." I'm not sure if this a Pocket error or a Kobo error. But any help would be appreciated, thank you!

I'm not able to upload files to certain websites using Firefox on Android.

When selecting a file for the phone's file manager, the file upload simply not starting.

However, Firefox on iOS doesn't have that issue.

Firefox version used is the latest one and it is the one from Google Play.

Tried another browser and it works great.

I found missing customization option for Android Firefox to be AMOLED black theme, it just gets darker but not pitch black. Or I haven't found the way to do it

I can't figure out how to customize the collections. I want to be able to organize my collections alphabetically, make sub-collections under a parent collection (like one can do in Gmail, for example), it would also be helpful have the option to choose the color of the main/parent collections, and to be able to search within the collections using a keyword in a search box.

With all of these customizable options, I could create a better, more efficient organizational system that would REALLY help to keep & identify collections quicker & easier.

I have had to make dozens & dozens of collections due to the inability to file sub-collections under main/parent collections.

As a result, a frustratingly unnecessary amount of time & effort is spent trying to remember when & where (throughout my ENTIRE history of having Firefox/using collections) a particular collection is located.

I then ALSO have to spend an unnecessary & frustrating amount of time searching within the collection just to locate a particular link as there is no search bar within the individual collection (or from all of the collections, umm... collectively) to facilitate a search.

Once I eventually find the 1. Collection I'm looking for, and then eventually find the 2. Link I'm looking for.. I can click on the link, and I'm directed to the page I saved, but here's the bonus:

When I hit the back button, I'm taken to the page I was on, previous to the page I saved. This is SUPER helpful when I come back to something I've been researching as it helps me to reconnect to the line of thinking I had during the time of research. This helps to eliminate the need to keep such a detailed journal of the thought processes behind each area of research to expand upon or revisit.

So thank you for that!! Also, please don't mess with it? I'm only needing help with the items mentioned at the beginning of this message.

Recently, within the last 3 weeks or so, I have become unable to log in to amazon.com using Firefox Focus for Android. This is a new development. I can still browse Amazon pages while logged out, and hitting the button to log in still brings me to the page to enter phone number or email address. However, entering email address/phone and then pressing the Sign In button redirects the user to a page saying that cookies must be enabled in order to log in.

Again, this is very recent. I previously did all my Amazon shopping within Firefox Focus for Android without issues.

1) Reporting this change. 2) Is there any extension for Firefox that makes a browser believe it can store cookies? I doubt it, but had to ask. Thanks.

When looking support for a different issue with Firefox Focus for Android, attempted to log in to make a support request. Unable to log in to Mozilla Support while using... Firefox Focus for Android. Get endless spinny-wheel. Could not log in without switching to Firefox for Android.

I access Outlook through Firefox. I added the site to my home screen to login faster. After proceeding through the login screen and accessing my email, I have a blank permanent bar on the top of my screen (where the website controls exist when the quick app starts up). My screen is shifted down from this bar, with elements no longer appearing at the bottom of my screen (calendar, etc). Buttons on the bottom of the screen no longer appear (they are cut off). I want my screen to not be cut off on the bottom. As an aside, the bar on the top of the screen is annoyingly thick whether it's loaded or not.

I woke up and my Firefox address bar are in the bottom of my screen. I don't like it :( I'm on mobile, and especially with mobile sites there's so many features near the bottom, or something like the feature where you swipe down (from the top. because that is where the address bar is supposed to be) to refresh

I can't switch between my work Gmail and my personal Gmail account. My phone simply shows a continual "getting messages____" thing. Could this be because I'm not using chrome?

I really like FireFox mobile, but the amount of misspelled words is starting to become an actual problem for me.

I use a Samsung S8 with Android 9 and whatever predictive text functions it has are turned off because I find them beyond grating and it's just not how I check for spelling errors.

The reasoning to this function being ommitted was (last time someone asked the question) due to space.

Why can't this be an official plugin that people can add?

I'm supporting FireFox entirely for ethical reasons (the only non-chromium browser that still cares about privacy) but I just can't type like this anymore.

Will something be done about this function missing?

Both 'Enhanced Tracking Protection' and 'Site permissions' show exceptions and an explanation of what they are (for 'Enhanced Tracking Protection' anyway) but seem to have no way to add an exception.

How are exceptions added 'Enhanced Tracking Protection' and 'Site permissions' in Fennec?
