When I go to sites where I have a login/password saved, it no longer prefills them, but brings up a popup of "suggested logins" which, to be blunt, is very finicky about where the focus is and where you click on it.

It was so great when it just prefilled the login. For example, for my thermostat control site. I'm never, ever going to need multiple logins for it. Or for most sites. It would be so much better if it returned to the previous behavior, or if I could make it do so.

Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Using FF 115.12.0esr from openSuse 15.5. Get responses from various web sites that the browser needs an update, that it is no longer supported, etc. Some sites block me out. Another site just now reported the version of my FF is 102--so no wonder it has problems. How can I change the version number that web sites see to reflect the actual update level? I had my email address installed for many years. Recently it could no longer download messages into Thunderbird. I got an error message. I removed the email address and tried to reinstall it. I keep getting "Unable to log in at server. Probably wrong configuration, username, or password." (All are correct) I am able to log into the web page and see my emails but I can't download them into Thunderbird like I use to do for several decades. HELP It is a Yahoo email address but is @bellsouth.net Please respond to ronseg@gmail.com. Thanks

Wasn’t sure if anyone has a quicker way to do this: unfortunately I probably have a good 60-something tabs open on safari. I want to switch them over to Firefox but I haven’t seen any way to send over open tabs without having to copy and paste every link over. Not very many are bookmarked, not sure if that’s a factor.

Ever since the latest update to Firefox android, add ons have not been working on my device. Everytime I install them they get removed automatically when I cllose the app/tabs without me doing that. So I have to install them everytime I need to use them. Earlier this was not the issue. Add-ons and extensions worked fine.

When using Firefox mozilla I am unable to cut from a document and paste it into my email. This has never been an issue before. If I use another browser I do not have the same difficulty. Please advise.

For the last month or so, when I open Thunderbird the columns are often resized and the headings don't match the content (see example). If I close and reopen Thunderbird, this formatting goes away, but if I reopen it at some later point it is back.

Updated my Win 11 laptop with latest changes and find the fonts on pages and on tabs is all messed up. I've tried Settings to choose larger size, set defaults to Arial and/or Arial Round .... does not help.

How do I either fix this, or undo this update, or is there a fix coming ASAP??

I am working on a website- one page uses websockets for data sync, activated with a button - and the socket takes a long time to actually connect (to locahost). During that time, an error pops into console- several of the same:

The connection to [url] was interrupted while the page was loading.

I found several bug reports in various places - most say to close the socket on page unload. I already have that implemented, and checking network dev tab shows all sockets are closed when the errors occur, and they also appear when tested in a whole new window. Also tested on chromium- no issues there.

Any help?

I have set "*.azconfig.io" domain to be bypassed in my Mac OS (v14.4.1) proxy settings which Safari honors but not Firefox (v128.0).

Addl info: My Proxy setting uses the pac configuration provided by my organization.

So, I use Fn + F7 which should stop or play the last active audio source.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it just refuses to work for one site at time, while the others work fine. So, for example, I have site x which plays audio, and site y which played audio some time ago, both windows open. Sometimes medias keys work as supposed, sometimes it doesn't work for site x for no apparent reason while it works for site y, or vice versa.

To get it to work, I have to spam it, move the tab around to the front (sometimes it works, it seems it gets priority, but it could be just coincidence) or completely close the tab and open another one with the same site. Whatever's causing this, it seems to be random, but it seems to be caused the most when having multiple tabs that can play audio, but not exclusively.

I just switched to Firefox and I don't really want to switch back, so it'd be great if any assistance is offered. On my last browser this wasn't the case.

This is what I've tried to solve the problem, but didn't work: - Go to about:preferences and turn off and then back on media.hardwaremediakeys.enabled - Open your Firefox settings (about:preferences); Uncheck Control media via keyboard, headset, or virtual interface. It is at the end of the page; Restart Firefox; Check that setting again

This is really not a big deal, and this may not be the right place to ask or report, but...

When Thunderbird downloads messages from my three email accounts into the Unified Inbox, the total number of messages that show in the red dot in the taskbar is just the number of new messages in my primary email account. This means that as new ones come into other accounts they never register in the taskbar. Is this a bug, or do I have something set up incorrectly?

Thunderbird Update auf 115.12.2 (64-Bit) is not working perfectly. The preview window in the 3 column view ist not updated. The movement of a sent message into sent messages is not working. Im running Win 11 and the problems acure after updating. Do You have any hints what I can do?

Ahoj, Thunderbird mi u vsech zprav ktere jsou elektronicke podepsane hlasi ze podpis neni platny ale to je chyba. V ostatnich klientech(Outlook, EMclient)se podpis u zpravy zobrazi jako platny. Stejne tak kdyz chci odesilat s elektronickym podpisem. Nejde to. Mam nastaveny platny kvalifikovany certifikat pro spravny mail ale nemohu odesilat ani elektronicky podepsane ani sifrovane. Zkousel jsem to i na jinem PC, v jinem uctu windows ale problem je porad vsude stejny. Ostatni klienti nemaji problem ani pri odesilani.

Hi, Thunderbird tells me that the signature is not valid for all messages that are electronically signed, but this is an error. In other clients (Outlook, EMclient) the signature is displayed as valid. The same when I want to send with an electronic signature. It doesn't work. I have set up a valid qualified certificate for the correct mail, but I cannot send either electronically signed or encrypted. I have tried it on another PC, in another windows account but the problem is still the same everywhere. Other clients have no problem even when sending.
