I'm trying to switch from Outlook to Tbird on Win10. I have my email hooked up. Can I use my Outlook Calendar and Contacts? How? I have a yellow message that says "All calendars are currently disabled. Enable an existing calendar . . . " I have no idea how to do this. Same problem importing Contacts. Is this because Tbird is made for Unix? I have version 128.1.1esr (64-bit). I use default directories when installing. Thanks for your help, Steve

Like the poster on the above mentioned question, I have done everything suggested, but Thunderbird still puts messages into the Junk folder. How can I achieve this? I'm using Firefox on 24 PC's in a primary school computer Lab, I have had reports of students installing extensions and plugins that i wish to stop, also i've had issues with students not signing out of their email and other students gaining access.

Im looking for solutions for the following and was hoping someone could point me in the right direction -

1. Disabling the installations of extensions and plugins. 2. Clearing browsing history/logging out of any accounts. 3. Locking settings so students can't change settings.

I have about 30 user/password accounts logged when I use my Firefox account on Windows PCs but here on my new Apple Mac tablet, I do NOT see/get any of those accounts. Is there something I need to do to enable this to work?

Hi, When receiving an email I want to reply by making a text comments in the received text, with clear identification of what is my new addition. I've been looking for a solution to an annoying problem for a while now but I can't figure it out. When I reply to an email from Thunderbird the quoted text should be hidden in the recipient's client but instead it appears as a normal text making my emails too long and annoying for the recipient. Is there a way to get around this problem?

No answers to how to do this, even googling. The best I get is to click on the 3-vertical-dots icon next to the intended address's url field. No such icon exists, nor it to be found in "Customize Tools"

I'm trying to categorize some of my favorite and important email contacts by color so when messages from them land they will display in a specific color to make them easier to pick out of the rest. Is there a way to do this in Thunderbird?

I have 5 email accounts we will call them A, B, C, D , E

Sometimes my A account doesn't want to connect, and it appears to just stall on that one account.

Is there a way to have the accounts download in a different order say start with D, then E, then B, A, C?

I know I can rearrange them in a different order on the left panel, but it still wants to download in the ABCDE order.

How might one be able do that?

Foxfire refuses to load roboform as my start page. It keeps referring me to install the roboform extension. I don't want the extension. I want to see my roboform when Foxfire opens. Is there a work around? https://start.roboform.com/

How do I stop the annoying blue box that appears when a new e-mail is received? It doesn't work properly to begin with. IF I let it naturally expire, no harm is done, but IF I click on the 'X' in the upper corner of the blue box, it immediately transfers to that e-mail account. This IS very annoying. I was in the middle of making major edits to a Ladder Logic program when this occurred, causing me to lose my place. THANK YOU.

Yesterday, I get a screen popup that says" Outlook(formerly Hotmail)" Saying Hotmail will now be Outlook.

I've had Hotmail for maybe 30+ years now? I've always had Firefox open to my inbox, which is Outlook and has been for a year or better.

Since yesterday it will not open up to my inbox. It opens to the MS website showing what I wrote up above and a picture of Outlook.

I've deleted cookies and cache. Also history. Even though I point it to my inbox it just goes to that advertisement. I have the stay signed in box checked and don't show this again. But it does show again and again. I hope there's a way to fix this, pretty sure it not a Firefox issue. Just hoping someone else has had and and found a way around it.

I need to search for more than one search term in about:config. How can I do this?

Is there some kind of syntax I can use like the pipe symbol to do something like oneword|anotherword or do I have to know literally the exact thing I'm looking for before looking?
