Using the latest version (127.0.2; installed from Play store today, on a fresh Android install), any non-English site I visit I get the nagging popup asking me if I want to translate.

'Never translate this site' works, and 'Never translate Dutch' (and presumably other languages as well) too (so at least I can workaround it, but 'Always offer to translate' off will still nag about translating sites, so is bugged.

And I still have the translate button taking up space in the URL bar. How do I remove it?

Why has my otherwise serviceable Firefox for Android suddenly begun redirecting my input of "nnnnn.com" to "https://www.nnnnn.com/sa/ar/Home.page.com" ; forcing me to edit the url to include

" ... /us/en/ ... " in order to reach the English language website? 

I occasionally research Arabic language websites and those are rarely if ever Saudi Arabian as the redirect imposes. Update: Troubleshooting I did on Firefox Android shows that my issue is only in Private Mode. Typing the affected URL in regular mode gets me to the correct US English home page with no redirect to the Arabian version.

Formatted my phone but playing videos still lags and stutters on Firefox browser on my Samsung. Only happens on Firefox, I've tested on Qwant, Duckduckgo and Brave and this problem doesn't occur. What might be the problem and solution?

It's interesting that sometimes the video plays fine until I unmute it. Sometimes the problem goes away after I stop and play or refresh the page. I often have to play the video on a different browser.

So, videos work fine on other browsers so I discart being a phone problem. But on my other phone this problem doesn't happen with firefox.

I've been for several months looking for help/answer/fix for this issue. And I've been with firefox for ever and I don't mind minor bugs and problems but this is starting to be a bit annoying and more and more I feel like I need to move on to a new browser.

Recently, within the last 3 weeks or so, I have become unable to log in to amazon.com using Firefox Focus for Android. This is a new development. I can still browse Amazon pages while logged out, and hitting the button to log in still brings me to the page to enter phone number or email address. However, entering email address/phone and then pressing the Sign In button redirects the user to a page saying that cookies must be enabled in order to log in.

Again, this is very recent. I previously did all my Amazon shopping within Firefox Focus for Android without issues.

1) Reporting this change. 2) Is there any extension for Firefox that makes a browser believe it can store cookies? I doubt it, but had to ask. Thanks.

When looking support for a different issue with Firefox Focus for Android, attempted to log in to make a support request. Unable to log in to Mozilla Support while using... Firefox Focus for Android. Get endless spinny-wheel. Could not log in without switching to Firefox for Android.

I access Outlook through Firefox. I added the site to my home screen to login faster. After proceeding through the login screen and accessing my email, I have a blank permanent bar on the top of my screen (where the website controls exist when the quick app starts up). My screen is shifted down from this bar, with elements no longer appearing at the bottom of my screen (calendar, etc). Buttons on the bottom of the screen no longer appear (they are cut off). I want my screen to not be cut off on the bottom. As an aside, the bar on the top of the screen is annoyingly thick whether it's loaded or not.

I can't switch between my work Gmail and my personal Gmail account. My phone simply shows a continual "getting messages____" thing. Could this be because I'm not using chrome?

I am running Firefox 127.0.2 on Android 12. I have disabled the "Offer to translate when possible" setting and I still get the pop-up to translate pages in languages other than English; please see attached images.

I want this to stop. I AM NOT AT ALL INTERESTED IN TRANSLATING!!! Is this possible?
