I lost my account, it was b. I'm doing my best to recover an account under bbm.N CHA ca.net@gmail.com. I had also did a fire an account, but it did not go through.And i'm having complications getting back into my accounts

1. Open the Firefox for Android application 2. Either browse around first, download something beforehand, or do it right at the start, go to the 'three dot' menu on the top right screen and select the 'Downloads' section. 3. The application will freeze without opening the section and after a while will say 'Firefox not responding' before crashing.

Formatted my phone but playing videos still lags and stutters on Firefox browser on my Samsung. Only happens on Firefox, I've tested on Qwant, Duckduckgo and Brave and this problem doesn't occur. What might be the problem and solution?

It's interesting that sometimes the video plays fine until I unmute it. Sometimes the problem goes away after I stop and play or refresh the page. I often have to play the video on a different browser.

So, videos work fine on other browsers so I discart being a phone problem. But on my other phone this problem doesn't happen with firefox.

I've been for several months looking for help/answer/fix for this issue. And I've been with firefox for ever and I don't mind minor bugs and problems but this is starting to be a bit annoying and more and more I feel like I need to move on to a new browser.

Firefox is very dear to me. I use it on my computer all the time for how much more relatively secure it is from other browsers. But Android version is a hellish nightmare. When I open the app, even with no previous tabs on, it will not be responsive for more than 30-45 seconds for seemingly no reason. Same thing when I kill the app and start it again. If it does have open tabs, it will either not be able to fetch their sum number to be displayed on the top right corner until that aforementioned timespan passes, and/or I wont be able to remove/add tabs until again that period of time passes! This is a blocking issue that's been there for well over a year and a half, if not longer!

I have a Samsung A14.....using an Android 14 operating system. I have Dark mode on at all times on my phone, however when I go online to any sites, it defaults to white screen. I have tried the settings on the phone and in the Firefox settings but it still shows up in white screen. On my old phone, I can get all websites in dark mode so I know it is possible, can anyone help me?? Thanks

Everytime I try to open MediaFire it's just a blank page, I've refreshed the page repeatedly but it didn't work, I also tried with other links, but it also didn't work, I kept seeing the blank page over and over again.

I'm trying to pair my Pocket account on my Kobo Clara. I've tried pairing using both my phone and Desktop using the Firefox browser on the most recent versions. When I press the authorize button I receive an error saying "There was a problem trying to connect this app to Pocket. Please try again." The Desktop site is a little more descriptive saying "Can't log in to Pocket We're currently experiencing intermittent issues logging in to Pocket accounts. We're working closely with Pocket to resolve the situation, and apologize for any inconvenience. Please try logging in later." I'm not sure if this a Pocket error or a Kobo error. But any help would be appreciated, thank you!

I'm not able to upload files to certain websites using Firefox on Android.

When selecting a file for the phone's file manager, the file upload simply not starting.

However, Firefox on iOS doesn't have that issue.

Firefox version used is the latest one and it is the one from Google Play.

Tried another browser and it works great.

I found missing customization option for Android Firefox to be AMOLED black theme, it just gets darker but not pitch black. Or I haven't found the way to do it

I can't figure out how to customize the collections. I want to be able to organize my collections alphabetically, make sub-collections under a parent collection (like one can do in Gmail, for example), it would also be helpful have the option to choose the color of the main/parent collections, and to be able to search within the collections using a keyword in a search box.

With all of these customizable options, I could create a better, more efficient organizational system that would REALLY help to keep & identify collections quicker & easier.

I have had to make dozens & dozens of collections due to the inability to file sub-collections under main/parent collections.

As a result, a frustratingly unnecessary amount of time & effort is spent trying to remember when & where (throughout my ENTIRE history of having Firefox/using collections) a particular collection is located.

I then ALSO have to spend an unnecessary & frustrating amount of time searching within the collection just to locate a particular link as there is no search bar within the individual collection (or from all of the collections, umm... collectively) to facilitate a search.

Once I eventually find the 1. Collection I'm looking for, and then eventually find the 2. Link I'm looking for.. I can click on the link, and I'm directed to the page I saved, but here's the bonus:

When I hit the back button, I'm taken to the page I was on, previous to the page I saved. This is SUPER helpful when I come back to something I've been researching as it helps me to reconnect to the line of thinking I had during the time of research. This helps to eliminate the need to keep such a detailed journal of the thought processes behind each area of research to expand upon or revisit.

So thank you for that!! Also, please don't mess with it? I'm only needing help with the items mentioned at the beginning of this message.

Recently, within the last 3 weeks or so, I have become unable to log in to amazon.com using Firefox Focus for Android. This is a new development. I can still browse Amazon pages while logged out, and hitting the button to log in still brings me to the page to enter phone number or email address. However, entering email address/phone and then pressing the Sign In button redirects the user to a page saying that cookies must be enabled in order to log in.

Again, this is very recent. I previously did all my Amazon shopping within Firefox Focus for Android without issues.

1) Reporting this change. 2) Is there any extension for Firefox that makes a browser believe it can store cookies? I doubt it, but had to ask. Thanks.

When looking support for a different issue with Firefox Focus for Android, attempted to log in to make a support request. Unable to log in to Mozilla Support while using... Firefox Focus for Android. Get endless spinny-wheel. Could not log in without switching to Firefox for Android.
