Hello, I am using TB Version 115.12.2 (32-bit). Overnight Xfinity is asking for a password to download my email from the imap mail server. ("Login to server imap.comcast.net with username jdjanisse5@comcast.net failed") .Comcast (xfinity) tells me the problem is with TB. as I stated this happened overnight. I made no changes whatsoever! Can you please offer some resolution? Thanks, John

How do I delete, remove, or otherwise disable that garbage "review checker" from the latest firefox update. It's useless, un-needed thing that I don't trust.

option to OPT out REMOVE/DELETE or completely DISABLE!

My firefox webbrowser used to update almost every time a signed in. It has not let me know it has updated lately. The last few days we are getting constant popups whenever we go online in Mozilla Firefox. Each of them has your logo & gives increasing warnings about a virus asking me to click on a link - We can either x out or click ignore, but have to do it 5 or 6 times.. over & over. I cannot snip it or print screen it as it disappears or just tries to copy the blank background.

I do NOT want to click on these links as it may well download a virus rather than remove it. What do I do? If updating Firefox will help, how do I do it?

It won't save open tabs when I close Firefox. Each time I have to go to: Setting>>History>>Recently closed windows. In General settings it's ticked Open previous windows and tabs. I already tried to turn off all extensions.

Got a new computer. Exported and imported bookmarks. However, that did not copy over my bookmark bar. Is there a way to get it to copy or do I have to recreate it?

Have been investigating 2 step auth apps. Aegis came out on top. Notice that FF does not support Aegis. Is there a specific reason why? If not, is this something FF would consider?

Dear support, I got an e-mail from Microsoft, that they're not gonna allow regular password authentification coming September and I've had trouble connecting one of my two hotmail.com-accounts for months now (the apparently common problem where it claims that the password is incorrect - which it isn't). I thought, it's a perfect opportunity to fix both these issued by getting the OAuth2 thing to work. I'm on Windows 11 using TB 115.12.2 I can't get it to work : ( I did all the steps in this article https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/microsoft-oauth-authentication-and-thunderbird-202 except that I couldn't select OAuth2 for my former smpt outgoing server (sorry if I'm using these words wrong, I really have no expertise in this area) "smtp-mail.outlook.com" - it's not in the dropdown menu. I tried forcing it in over the confid editor (which worked, I mean, I could open the pop-up again and it would have the OAuth2 selected), but no mails. I tried to instead just put in that office365 server that is given in all the examples (since I don't know how anything works, I thought I'd give it a try). There I could regularly select the OAuth2, but it still didn't work. I should get some pop-up or browser-thing or something to do this fun verification thing but I don't and I really don't know what to do.. I tried resetting everthing back to it's former state but now my main hotmail-account also has the wrong-password-problem... : (( Do you have any good ideas? I can't get my comcast.net account to work since installing 115.12.2. Is there a way to go back and install the previous version of Thunderbird. I've tried comcast's support and that have not had any success in helping me. The previous version worked fine.

Every website has safesearch or the website itself is blocked. It seems to be acting like its got parental controls on. I am the owner of this house, no apartment or work or public internet connection here its my own private internet. My other browsers aren't giving this problem so its a firefox exclusive issue.

What does this mean for Thunderbird?

I can't setup a new Gmail account because (1) Thunderbird won't let me finish the setup until it tests the account at Gmail, but (2) Gmail won't let me finish setting until they they can sent me a setup email to me at my new address on Thunderbird. It's a Catch 22. What do I do? Thank you.

Hello, directions to change locations on weather app, At the top left of the New Tab page, hover over the weather information and click the configuration icon IG page actions.

   Click Change Location.
   Enter the new location in the field and select the desired location from the drop-down. 

I don't get a change location option in the menu.

This is the string I used to add Firefox. Just added Tempest search engine. Is Tempest blocking Firefox? No problem before. Even tried Firefox as default search engine. No changes.

I have a new computer and when I go to Thunderbird to download it downloads, asks me for a donation, which I paid. Then the next screen says Just one more step. Finishing installing. Nothing happens and there is no icon to click on. Any ideas what may be wrong?
