This started a week or two ago intermittantly on some websites. Today I cannot see any images of amazon items in the shopping cart. I can see the thumbnails in the right side bar, and if I click on an item, the image appears on its for sale page. Ebay usually shows the first image, but the rest won't load, unless I click on "unable to load images" and then they might. Or if I use the icon to put the images in their own box, I can < and > to navigate them

Turned the new "secure DNS" feature off & on, no difference. Turned off NoScript, no difference.

Notifications/New emails not popping up on Mac OS Sonoma 14.5.

I've tried everything including checking Focus Do not disturb is off, all settings in Firefox and Outlook are turned on to recieve notofictions but still nothing.

I'm on a new Mac Studio, but also found that it had started to not show notifications on the older iMac.

Hi all, I need to solve a problem that is a bit annoying. I am on ubuntu 22.04 and using SNAP Firefox 127.0 (64-bit).

When I am prompted to select a file, for example to upload an image, the file picker is shown. However the thumbnails are so small(and right now I only see the image name) that I cannot see what's the content of the image. I managed to show a preview on the right of the single selected image by modifying an option in about:config. However it is still a pain to find the image I am searching for when I have a long list of images. Is there any way to enable zoom on the list of thumbnails so that I can preview the contents of the images? I don't understand why there is no option to customize the display of the file list. In the attached image I show how it looks right now.

No videos on any platform will play when I try to open them in Firefox. They are forever stuck on the thumbnail image of the video, and nothing happens when I hit play. I've had this happen a couple times and was able to resolve before by installing updates and uninstalling my Mozilla VPN, but this time nothing has worked. I've tried pretty much every solution I could find online:

  • Updating Firefox
  • Updating my computer
  • Running in Incognito
  • Running in troubleshooting mode
  • Allowing autoplay
  • Disabling hardware acceleration
  • Disabling addons
  • Clearing cache and data
  • Enabling/disabling DRM content
  • Installing Windows Media Pack

I'm running Windows 10, and videos seem to work fine in Edge, if that makes any difference.

I use Firefox (currently on version 127.0) and starting this weekend I noticed a strange behavior. When I initially go to the NPR.org site (and only that site) everything works fine, but once I scroll down past the first two articles all of the links on the page stop working. The cursor that usually changes from an arrow to a finger does not change, the links do not change color as they should.

This only happens on NPR.org, and it only happens with Firefox (I can use Chrome at the site works fine.) Therefore I assumed that something changed at NPR.org so have reached out to them, however, I thought I would ask your team if they knew of anything going on?

I am trying to print a long webpage into a PDF format. When I open the Print preview window, I noticed that pages after the 255th page are all blank. I tried changing the destination but this seems to be a persistent issue. I tried the same procedure with Microsoft Edge and the entire page was able to be seen in the Print preview window.

Every time I have tried to use the NPR website's contact form, I get the message, "sorry, something went wrong and we were not able to send your request". Today, I accessed their website using Microsoft Edge and had no trouble sending a message using their contact form.

Can you help me correct this FireFox malfunction? Thanks!

But, Thunderbird continues to isolate archived messages into a separate subfolder within each of my several email account(s) - I work with a unified inbox and prefer unified "Junk" and unified "Archive" and unified "Sent"... Back in 2015 someone asked about the fact that emails are not marked "as read" once opened but I don't think the answer was ever fully given. They were told: "This option has always been available and I use it. via Menu Bar Tools > Options > Advanced > Reading & Display or via menu icon menu icon > Options > Options > Advanced > Reading & Display select: 'automatically mark messages as read' Select: 'Immediately on display' click on OK When you select/left click an email in the list, it will auto open and display in the Message Pane below the list. If you use double click, it will auto open in a new tab or window depending upon what you selected. In bth instances the message will be immediately marked as read." Here's my problem with that .... I don't use the "Message Pane", I don't like it. I have my incoming messages set at "table view" and they are all just listed down the page by date. I don't want to see what's in the email until I actually open it....but, once I open it and read it when I close out of it the email still stays BOLD in the list....this didn't used to happen, once I read the email the BOLD went away. When I use the "automatically mark message as read immediately on display" then new emails are not in BOLD so I can't tell if they've been read or not. Bottom line, is there a way to have messages marked "read" AFTER they are opened WITHOUT using the message pane??

Trash Folder missing after last update

I'm a web developer working for the public radio show This American Life. We have a web audio player on the website and recently I noticed it stopped working in Firefox. Looking closer at the issue, I realized that Enhanced Tracking Protection is blocking one of the scripts (pdst.fm - Spotify). Because ETP is turned on by default, I'm hoping there's a way to help bring this part of the site back to functioning without bypassing the Spotify script, as currently that's out of my power. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing an issue with my website's compatibility with Firefox. website My website, which provides online educational resources and tools, is not displaying certain interactive elements correctly when accessed through Firefox. These elements work perfectly in other browsers like Chrome and Safari.

Specifically, I've noticed that some JavaScript-based interactive features, like quizzes and drag-and-drop activities, either don't load or don't function as expected. I've already cleared the cache and ensured that Firefox is updated to the latest version, but the problem persists.
