This situation happened after I updated to the latest version of Firefox at Play Store. Once I connect to the VPN, every website only shows this error and refuse to open normally. After I uninstalled and reinstalled it, nothing changed even I also cleared the cookies and cache. And then I downloaded the extension called FoxyProxy and selected it's proxy type as system, but it showed that system settings is not supported due to Firefox limitation.

I didn't change anything, a few days ago everything went well, but it just happened suddenly without any notice. Other browsers are fine except Firefox.

I just updated my Firefox web browser app to Version 118 from app store. Since then, the app is not functional at all. Most of my tabs won't load, and the app crashes every time I open it. I am on ios 16.7.

i use Firebox on my Huawei Y6s and have oermanen problems withvlogin and captchas, because they claim, I have Firefox 25 installed

My version is

119.0b3 (Build #2015977017), c6de0a34a8+ GV: 119.0-20230929091427 AS: 119.0

And was only update 3 days ago.

Note: i have no Addons installed and about:config does not work here.

How can this be solved?

This is driving me insane. On mobile data (3,4,5g) Firefox will not open any websites, it just sits with a white page until eventually I get "connection reset". Every other browser on the device works fine though, and Firefox can access sites when on WiFi.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the main app *and* installed focus,beta and nightly versions,all have the same problems. Permissions on mobile data are allowed.

I cannot even get a sensible log or network trace out of the browser as there are no Dev tools.

It sometimes feels like Mozilla are trying their absolute hardest to lose users, I even had had the old "browser uses 12gb of memory for two tabs" problem on desktop the other week.

This is a bug report for firefox for Android 118.0 (Build #2015975539),

When you open a website it shows the cached version. You have to manually refresh to see the latest version.

I am using firefox on android device running android 12. Have tried websites like: youtube, 9gag, and basic searches with duckduckgo and the websites don't load, or no indication of loading happens, or sometimes slow loading occurs and stops after progessing midway of total bar length. I see the same issue on firefox beta, but on chrome. I am using ublock origin as an addon. On the main browser i have a bunch of open and inactive tabs, but on beta almost no tabs. The only thing that might unblock my issue is to disable my phone's private dns which points to google or adguard. But even with it off, i still see the same issue appearing.

I have a new cell phone and I installed both Firefox and Firefox Focus apps on the phone. I only use the regular Firefox app. Whenever I google search a business, it gives me the address and phone as normal. However, when I push the "call" option on the browser, it does not transfer to the phone app for me to call. I can't dial the number directly from the website.

I can do it this on Chrome but not Firefox.

Can someone give me the solution?

Firefox browser on Android is not opening mail apps when clicking Mailto link. Screen goes blank. No action. Firefox laptop browser works fine, opens mail app when Mailto link is clicked. Picture shows "President" highlighted in orange...this means the link was clicked but the browser didnt execute the send email command, so no mail apps opened. Used Chrome on this link and it opened a window with several mail app options.

I have been suffering from this issue for 1 week now. Firefox works fine on wi-fi, but it does not load any page when I use cellular data.

Someone had the same problem and could only fiz it with factory reset, but that is not an option for mx https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1422403

Hie, I am using firebase push notifications to show background notification on mobile. The issue is when I click on the notification instead of redirecting to the link it just opens up the blank page or the previously opened page. While the other browsers work perfectly for the given scenario firefox for mobile doesn't. Kindly help

Title. On Android 11. Firefox 115.2.1. After visiting a link it doesn't gray out. Looks like I have never visited it. Restarting Firefox will sometimes gray it out. Have not fiddled with settings. Fixes?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 and use Firefox as my default browser (only extensions are uBlock Origin and Bitwarden); I also have DuckDuckGo running App Tracking Protection in the background for non-browser tracking. Some apps (like Wells Fargo, but also a few others) fail to fully load when Firefox is my default -- I switch to Samsung Internet (with AdBlock) and the same apps load fine. I've tried changing Firefox from Strict to Standard Enhanced Tracking Protection. Any other recommended troubleshooting steps? Thanks so much.

Hi I'm having trouble seeing facebook posts reply comments. Some of the first level reply comments show up but not all. Any level of reply above first level will not show. If I turn on desktop site in settings all comments show up. Is this a bug?

The enter apple id flashes (see attached) for 0.1 seconds and it immediately goes to forgot password. That doesnt work well either but if I change the pw, i still cant log in.
