I am running Ff 114.0.2 on a Windows 11 workstation and Ff mobile on a Samsung Galaxy S20. Syncing is enabled on both devices, but passwords are not syncing, even after manually syncing. Autofill of usernames and passwords works on my workstation, but not on my mobile device, even though that feature is enabled. Sometimes (but not always), I am prompted on my mobile device to unlock Firefox, but after tapping the prompt, nothing happens.

My previous android phone was lost, I have installed firefox to new android phone. But I am unable to get previous data on this phone. I have logged in with my account and also synced. No pareils data came.

I just reset my password of my firefox account. On the desktop I don't have any of my logins.

On my android, it logged me out, I logged in with the new password. My Logins are still there, but I am not able to sync them to my Desktop.

How can I achieve this?

I would like to recover my tabs, I tried the going into setting and going to that other website but that did not work for me and I do not know what to do anymore, the tabs are not on my history anymore like they did not exist. And it's acting on my computer like it was never a synced device so I have absolutely nothing of anything I had on my phone it is all gone and can not find anything I did on my phone on my synced laptop.

I just finished setting up my new pc with Windows 11 (Feb 2023 updates) and installed Firefox 110.0.1) and wanted to transfer my logins, passwords, etc, from my Android 12 Phone's Firefox 110.1.0, and other pcs. A window popped up giving instructions how to sync my phone, as follow:

I'm 73, have used Firefox since first release in 2004. In all these years I have never seen SYNC in the instructions to "sync and save and to point the phone at a barcode-thingy" or at least not in this world. The instructions made it seem like SYNC was right there to see, but I had to dig thru layes of options to finally find it. You can blaim it on my 73 yr old brain, I guess, but nothing like these instructions exist in Windows or Android firfox. What in the world are your programmers smokin' these days. I would just as soon open up Edge or Chrome and did up the passwords I need to log into my banking and creditcard accounts...heck, it seems like MAYBE I should just dump Firefox after almost 20 years and just use those other browsers. At least there instructions are much simpler that this ol' man can follow. Please have someone review your published helps info on your webpages, and help those Sr. citizens like me to more easily find what we need without calling up grandsons or granddaughters for help (their parents are worse than I am at most techy stuff!) Hi My firefox on 2 macbooks, Ipad and Iphone are all signed in and sync is on but the passwords etc don't sync. In fact, if I make any new account on one device, despite repeated syncing attempts, the passwords NEVER sync.

Both are logged into the same email, I have bookmark syncing on for both the phone and laptop, I've tried logging in and out, but none of the bookmarks I made on computer show up on the mobile browser.

Why does sync break EVERY week on my phone. EVERY week I have to spend half an hour trying and usually failing to get my phone to be able to receive tabs from my desktop computers. Why do you break this critical feature with every update no matter how large.

I restart both firefox on all my devices as well as the devices themselves. I clear cache, cookies and even do fresh installs. Nothing works until a day or so later it magically deigns to function again.

i have pinned shortcuts on mac. they do not sync with with my android. i cannot change any shortcuts on mobile. when removing them other ones pop up. is there any way so both of the devices have the same shortcuts

the story here is I had my OS drive on my desktop completely fail, wouldn't write, wouldn't read, didn't have anything too important just games EXCEPT for the backups to my bookmarks, i got a new drive and installed firefox. when i logged in, my bookmarks weren't there and it synced with my mobile firefox and the bookmarks that i had before my OS drive failed on my phone also disappeared, Im just wondering if firefox mobile has backups of bookmarks and if It does how do I replace these backups on my mobile and if possible use the backups on mobile to fix my bookmarks on my pc.

My Firefox on my iPad alsways crashes when I try to select a synched tabs from another Firefox on a different device. The tabs from the other devices show up and the sync is always up to date, but the windows does not react on any interaction, instead the Browser crashes after about 1 minute of inresponsiveness and returns to the home screen of my iPad. I already discenneted and reconnected the Firefox account used for sync on this browser, it did not help. I use the same Firefox version on my iPhone and that does not have this issues, selecting tabs from other devices works as intended.

Firefox version: 114.3 (31916) iPad OS: 16.5.1 (did not work in iPadOS 16.5. either)

Please help. My seamless syncing is not seamless. Laptop has win11, version 114, all the necessary options, but my phone has no in-browser scan accessed through the missing 'sync and save data' option. I remain a loyal (2004) user. Thank you

I cannot get Firefox to sync my bookmarks to to my new android. Other things are syncing so I know sync is working it just will not sync the bookmarks. I have tried everything. I have checked my sync settings a dozen times. I've signed out and signed back in on both devices. I have even uninstalled on both devices while signed out and reinstalled and still I cannot get the bookmarks on my phone. Please help! It's a Galaxy s21 and I am on windows 10
