Displaying images on an http site in version 92
Hello- Can someone please direct please direct me to an easy way to display images from a specific site? The site is a West Virginia state government records site that is not likely to be https compliant in the near future. I have cleared cache and I have uBlock Origin as my only extension. I only need to do this for the following site and after v. 92 the images no longer display.
Here is a sample link to an image which does not display www.wvculture.org/vrr/va_view.aspx?Id=36270&Type=Marriage
Thanks, Scott

I can only make Firefox display the image if I disable HTTPS-Only. Creating an 'Off' exception doesn't work as Firefox still insists in using HTTPS.

It's very weird that the server returns a 404 for an HTTPS request but an HTTP request for the identical address returns the image. I don't think the HTTPS Only mode -- or the old preference security.mixed_content.upgrade_display_content that I still use -- can detect and correct for this odd behavior on this server.
I would expect that if I create an 'Off' exception explicitly requesting an HTTP link shouldn't upgrade to secure HTTPS, especially if there is a 404 error.
I have the following security setting enabled "Don’t enable HTTPS-Only Mode" but the images still do not display. The link
www.wvculture.org/vrr/va_view.aspx?Id=36270&Type=Marriage
does not display in FireFox or Chrome on my machine, but it does display correctly in Edge. Thanks, Scott
