I imported my bookmarks through an html backup but I dont see them on the bookmarks bar and when I sync my chrome browser data everything is all screwed up How can I import my chrome data minus bookmarks

Hello, i want to know if i can use dark mode in the main web sites of mozilla, like support page or account page, becase it hurts my eyes when i want to switch from other sites where i at least can use some extension to fix it but all mozilla pages always bright white. What i have to do? Thanks

When I click on Add-On Support it says Page Not Found. That's pretty basic. Screenshot attached. This is not a button/link for a specific add-on, it's for Firefox as a whole.

Additionally, when I use LastPass, the LastPass icon does not appear anywhere I can access it, which is a basic feature that works properly in Chrome. I use this add-on multiple times per day which makes it very difficult to use Firefox as my main browser because I can't do 2-clicks to get to my passwords, I have to go to lastpass.com and login to their website, even though the add-on is installed.

Message is: Media could not be loaded, either because server or network failed or because format is not supported.

I see this is a known bug but this bookmark sidebar has suddenly started to appear on my desktop when ever I open Firefox and there seems to be no understandable method to turn it off although there are several arcane techniques that require me to go to weird places and change the names of files. No indication of what the unintended consequences of that might be. Is this something you can fix? Will the next update. This is really frustrating. Help please. So to be sure, I do not consider the challenge of getting into the pants of a program to fix a bug to be fun, exciting, interesting, etc. This is a tool and my browser is acting up. That is a pain in the butt not an adventure.

Started receiving pop ups stating virus attack from Mozilla and via cq5g6mojubcc7385jauo.deviceconnectnetwork from Mozilla showing McAffee, Critical Virus Alert, Virus attack. I have a new computer with windows 11 and eset. eset used to open my browser to specif bookmarks for my banks and brokerage accounts. but not now. what is wrong. 127.0.2 and eset 17.2.7.0

I log into my bank account. I can see and control my checking and savings pages normally. When I click on my credit card page all I get is a blank page with the message "Working on it" it worked fine but opened a little slow prior to 127.01 or 127.0. I'm not sure which version it started failing in. However, it all works fine in Brave as does YouTube. I don't want to switch browsers or have multiple browsers and I would prefer one that doesn't depend on Google but I also need to be able to depend on it. I am running win 11 on my new computer but my old computer and laptop are win 10 with Firefox 127.02 and my bank account sight works fine. The only problem is the YouTube problem and that's across all of my computers.

For some time now my Firefox browser is crashing while I use it. Then a loop starts where a window appear with buttons offering to Restart or Close Firefox but whichever I choose it takes several sets of open/crash to stabilize when in the end if offers to either open it again, or refresh Firefox. I don't wan to refresh because I have tens of tabs that I want to save. But I can't because OneTab, along with all other extensions, is being disabled after the restarts.

I subscribed to an educational series that includes several kinds of presentation, including MP3, PDF, and video. The videos do not work. Not at all. I was directed to try a different browser, which I did: microsoft edge. The videos play using that browser.

I MUCH prefer to use Firefox -- do not like anything microsoft, but here we are, trapped in bill gates' monopoly.

I looked at "settings" but was not able to see anything there I thought would allow these videos to play in firefox. Be advised, I am NOT a computer person, so anything you might suggest, please be very literal, specific and define any acronyms -- do not assume I know anything about this stuff, because I don't -- I do not speak computer.

Again, I MUCH prefer to use firefox so I am hoping you can help me to watch these videos in firefox. The website is Goodness Lover (weird name, I know) it deals with diet, microbiome research etc.

Hi there! How can I delete the "go back one page shortcut"? Every time I side-scroll while holding option I go back and this is interfering with another web-app.

When Firefox opens up the address is typed in at top left in small print. The center bar is there, open, but if you click on it, while the cursor blinks, when you type in an address nothing appears as it does with Google Chrome which we have replaced with Firefox. My wife finds the top left print too small and wants me to go back to Google Chrome where she can read what she has entered. I cannot find anything, anywhere which will allow her to do this. We use Thunderbird and have made a few donations over the years. Hope you can help.
