I'm trying to remove Firefox from a laptop. When I start the uninstall process it reaches the progress bar that says Unisntalling Firefox... and hangs there. 30 minutes and no discernable change.

All the buttons on the dialog are disabled and the only way to get out of it is to restart the computer.

When I'm watching a show, sometimes I get uncomfortable during certain parts and will click the "skip" button a couple times until the scene is over. However, sometimes If I do this too many times the audio will completely stop (but the video continues playing). I will need to refresh the page for it to fix.

I've tried running firefox in troubleshooting mode but the issue seemed to still be there. Doesnt happen on any other browsers either.

I use Mozilla on two things, my laptop and my android cell phone. The syncing on my cell phone appears to work perfectly well. However, when I am on my laptop, I am unable to view my "Tabs from Other Devices" - It will show me tabs from days ago. I've tried manually syncing on both devices but nothing happens.

The only thing that seems to work is if I log out of my Mozilla on my cell phone and log back in but then it will stop syncing again.

If something else isn't syncing, I honestly don't notice because I don't use anything else much.

Whether I use Firefox or Google, when i pull up search results NONE of the businesses show a rating anymore, a feature which used to be there. Example, I search for "home insurance". A list of Insurance companies with their overall average rating should show up. The ratings are gone. All of them. Why is this? Same happens regardless of what type of business I am searching for.

I get the following error when I try to log in to Bitwarden with windows hello: Browser integration is not set up in the Bitwarden desktop application. Please set it up in the settings within the desktop application.

Everything I get from the NYTimes goes straight to my spam folder, which is not the case with Google Chrome. I've had a GEEK Squad tech try to fix the problem, but he couldn't. Is there any way I can solve this longstanding problem? (I get lots of emails from the NYTimes because I participate in their comment threads, where I check the box to be alerted when someone responds to my comment, but that all goes into my spa folder. It's frustrating!)

Icons look funny when I am on Chess.com If I use Microsoft edge on this same PC the site looks fine. But when I log in with Firefox the Chess.com website Icons look like symbols. This is some kind of extension issue? Look at the upper right corner of the screen shot I have attached. Thank you, HELP!

Gmail inform there is no internet connection. Amount of cookies is only 20 MB and cache is 80 MB. I have to enter my registration to the websites I visit quite often! I'm a Firefox user for over 20 years but planning to quit very soon.

I am trying to log in to my Wise account. The site loads and I have filled in my email and password but when I click on the Log in button nothing happens. On Microsoft Edge it works perfectly. I have had this problem on other sites recently. Roger

I recently updated to 129.01 (64bit). Now Firefox keeps crashing, especially when I am trying to fill out an online form. Does anyone else have this issue? Any suggestions on how to resolve?

Beginning with a FF update about 6 months ago, I cannot print a web page to a PDF. I CAN print to PDF on other browsers (i.e., 'Chrome, MS Edge, etc.).

If a FF setting, what am I missing? I have tried "everything"!!

When i open the firefox browser it only opens half screen, i click on the enlarge icon and the page flicks from the left of screen to the right of screen, i have to click on the enlarge icon again to get full screen. How do i change the settings so the browser opens in full screen everytime ?

I am unable to access an item in my bank account. It reads to check cookie settings. (Third party cookies, cookie tracking, cross site tracking". I do not know how to fix this. It had not happened before. I am using both Yahoo and Google. What do I need to do
