Hi,

Would appreciate your help with the following: New, unread emails arrive mostly with blue bolded text and a small yellow circle on top left of each message, however some emails arrive with black bolded text without the small circle. If I click the download (cloud) button all unread blue bolded text emails turn to black bolded text. This doesn't appear right.

How can I make all new, unread emails have either bolded Blue text or Black text (I would like to choose desired option).

When viewing an email thread, I see all "copies" of an email, like label folders. (See image)

How do I remove all these duplicates?

Also, on another topic, when I forward mail from one account to another (so that I have that mail in both accounts) - and I have both accounts configured in Thunderbird - the second (forwarded) mail generates a notification sound - but no notification popup. Can this notification sound be eliminated (like the msg display popup does not happen)? It is useless.

I was looking for an item that would be a couple of years back in my history, only to discover that my history now only goes back a year and 3 months… Exactly, as of today, I don't know if that's meaningful. Does anyone have any idea what might've happened, and how I can restore the rest of my history? Thank you!

I'm on a Mac using Mojave, with Firefox version 115.8.

As of this morning, I'm unable to click on links in emails and have the URL open in my default browser. When I click such a link, the menu bar darkens as the mouse button is down, and lightens when the mouse button is released. Nothing else seems to happen.

I hope you can help; this is a major problem.

I'm having trouble using a particular site, that I used to be able to in particular clicking on sub menu's from a context menu if that is the correct term, meaning I cannot click an item/button to reveal a menu below it. From the image supplied there are 2 'menu's' with a < character that when clicked should reveal a sub menu of items, works in Edge/Chrome etc.. the only extension I have is Keeper.

I found a bug in your Firefox for iPad in Version 125.2 and earlier that has been recurring. Once I establish Dark Mode in one tab, (Tab 1) via system dark mode on iPad settings and Firefox Settings, When I open a new tab,(Tab 2) it will be in Light Mode. When I switch Tab 2 to Dark Mode via Firefox settings, it will automatically switch Tab 1 into Light mode. If I switch all odd # tabs into Dark Mode, all Even # tabs will be a weird Light Mode but with the videos in screen paused in a strange negative photo view. After reading up on all websites, forums on Mac, iPad and Firefox, it seems this is a Firefox Bug. To correct this, all tabs opened in either light or dark mode should be the same mode as the new tabs opened. My iPad update has been updated to the latest version 17.4.1 iPad 9th Gen.

When I'm sending attachments in Thunderbird some of my clients are recieving the email but not the attachments, though when they look on the phone they can see the attachment ?

What can I change in my outsettings for attachments to solve this issue

I am currently on Thunderbird 115.10.1 (64-bit) and for a few days now, I can't open the calendar tab. The "Today Pane" is working and showing events though.

When going to "View" the items "Calendar" and "Tasks" are greyed out though.

Any idea on how to get the calendar back? The company will move us all to Exchange and Outlook soon, so I thought I might "survive", but it is pretty impractical have to open my calendars separately in the browser. You only notice how often you use something, when you don't have it. ;-)

Please can you explain/offer advice as to why I can still receive email maessages on my mobile phone as they arrive/are sent but since 1st May, no messages have been received on my main computer inbox on the main Thunderbird in letters inbox. until that time, it had been working normally. I have read the instructions offered in the FAQ's but is not clear to me. when I type in my filter name and then select "+" after the email addy I get error about filter name already exists...

I want to change the line spacing in my emails to single line including paragraph spacing. Advice given in previous posts says to select Menu then Options. I have clicked on the 3 bar Menu icon and Options is not there. I clicked on Tools in the Menu Bar and Options is not there either. I apparently have to get to Composition, but cannot find a way of getting there.

Using Thunderbird on Linux I cannot delete any local folders, when I try to delete them I get more copies of the folders on reopening Thunderbird, after the system says it is "not responding" and I close it down. I have tried several times and now have multiple copies of the local folders I've tried to delete.

I have had Thunderbird email account for years and now I have problems getting my emails to come through on a regular basis. I have to shut down my PC and then restart to get emails to come through. What is the problem. Thanks, James Craig Herring

I have been using Firefox Developer Edition for many years without any problem. I sync Firefox on my different PCs, so they are basically all the same in setup. Unfortunately, Firefox now crashes constantly on my main PC. I have therefore temporarily switched to the default FF variant.

Of course I have tried all the steps shown here on the forum but without any result that I can see. Both in safe mode with or without addons. No matter FF crashed.

Hi, first the last update tried a few times over some days to install. Never got confirmation that it has been installed successfully. When I go to "About Firefox" I'm getting the information that I'm using the latest version.

Now I have problems, mainly when using facebook (especially when I try to play games through facebook) that Firefox uses enormous amounts of CPU and Memory. This does not happen all the time but at least in 70% of tries. I attached 2 screenshots

If this happens I'm not able to close Firefox the normal way but have to kill the process in the task manager.

Any quick help would be appreciated. I would also like to know if I'm the only one experiencing this or if it's a common problem.

Thru Firefox, I use Tineye to find related photos - I use it all the time, it's been great - I always use a VPN and have never had problems until now (as of yesterday). Now it won't search, a verify you're human window comes up, and I have to keep clicking squares, which I do - but then it says to allow cookies and start over. Well I don't want to allow cookies (I assume it's one of the options I have thru Firefox to block cookies), and I can't find where to allow cookies even if I did (I went to Firefox preferences etc) and I don't want to disable my VPN. Maybe I should mention that I just added or started a Mozilla account, as I have had immense trouble with my aol emails, and am trying to move everything over to a gmail account. My sign in to Firefox was the aol email, and I had to (try, I thought I did it) add another account, which I think I did successfully. So it was right after that, that all this started. Help please! Hi there, thanks for your attention I'm a web developer and new to using firefox. I was using chrome for years and now just because firefox on android let's us install add-on like it's desktop version I'm switching to firefox. as a developer I need to learn about the features firefox offers to developers or ask for any features that are missing right now, so my current issue is about the pictures I will attach. I want to have more information about the element that I'm inspecting right in the tool-tip over it for example it's active font-family or things like that. It took me sometime to figure out how to find the active font of the target element thanks to This post. but in chrome it's showed in the tool-tip.
