我们有 Firefox 专业志愿者随时可以提供帮助，通过直接对话解决你的问题。现在你可以和专业的 Firefox 社区成员通过我们的实时对话网站交谈。

注意，我们的实时对话服务不是全年昼夜不间断开放的。如果处于关闭时段，最好改用论坛方式提出问题。
