When I use Westlaw (legal research site), Firefox will not show the Table of Contents in different databases. The page will load with different cells at the top and bottom, but the area where the table of contents should be is blank. I did not have this problem on the previous version of Firefox and don't have the problem w/ IE. Any help? Sorry I'm not terrifically tech-literate. Let me know if I need to leave more info.

Try clearing your browser Cache. Tools > Options -> Advanced --> Network tab - Offline Storage = Clear Now button.

I just tried that and it still isn't working. Thanks for the try, though.

I just discovered if I right click on where the text should be and go down to "This Frame" and then click on "Reload Frame," the missing information appears. So the problem seems to be that initially that frame is not loading. Does anyone have any idea what would be causing this?
