normal callingID toolbar doesn't appear in Firefox 3

I installed the most recent version of callingID toolbar (1.6.0.67) for win xp, it used to work with firefox 2.x, but in version 3 it doesn't look. It appears as enabled in the add-ons list, and it's available in the view->tools bar menu, but is not visible in Firefox 3. However it is visible in IE 7.

Extensions installed:

Realplayer 11 (disabled)
CallingID
chatzilla
firebug
Spanish Dictionary
English Dictionary

Plugins installed:

Try the vendor's support site if you don't get any responses here. There might not be enough users to get a response on this board.

No, the vendor's help is not enough. I'll report it as a bug in firefox

Hello,

yes i have the same problem,

installed the latest version of mozilla , latest version of the calling ID toolbar,

but the toolbar doesnt appears at all only in explorer 7 works great,,

so any help ?

i dont have any other plug ins installed on mozilla ....

default settings on mozilla

so plz help ?

Firefox 3 versions no longer support CallingID, I have asked for it to be included in the next release, but the folks at Mozilla apparently don't care, as I haven't received an answer yet.
