Loaded Firefox 3 and then had problems printing email on emarqmail.com--garbled text. My printer is a Canon PIXMA MP620. How can I get my Foxfire 2 back.
Also on Xerox document centre 285
also on toshiba e-studio 200
This is happening on both my Canon MF 3110 and my CutePDF Writer printer. It only happen when I print a web page.
Same issue - printer is HL-2700CN. have checked printer and it has latest drivers from Brother.
As soon as I downloaded the Mozilla Firefox 3, this issue happened with both my printers. I have HP all in one 7410 and I have Panasonic Panafax Uf8000. Everything is printed garbled on both printers.
This has happened with me on the HP 4000N using PCL 6, PS, PCL 5e drivers
Also seeing this on Panasonix KX-P7110
Current work-around is to print to PDF-file first, then print that from Adobe.
Lexmark Z82
Copy and paste web page to notepad or MS Word. But only get text.
Are there printers not affected? As you can see, I'm in need of a new printer and considering buying a new one.
I have also had the same garbled font since Firefox 3. No trouble with my Compaq A3000 printer when using Explorer.
Such a relief to find this page! I thought it was something I'd done so I reinstalled the printer and Adobe but to no avail, so I'm glad to hear that I'm not the only one with this problem. I have a Lexmark Z42 printer and had discovered the copy to Word solution. If it's any help the problems started when I needed to print out a document from France (in French).
Email prints fine off internet explorer, any fix yet for Firefox?
I have the same problem with a Compaq IJ series printer. Can someone post a link to download firefox 2? Please
I have same printing problem of Firefox 3 printing garbage characters to my Minolta QMS Pagepro 1250E from web pages.
Using FF3, I have been getting a symbol instead of spaces in the body of printed emails for about a month. The symbol does not appear in the header of the email, only in the body. Similar problem happened with FF2, but it was resolved via FF patch/update. The symbol is a box, with what appears to be a "00" above a "20". Using an HP LaserJet 5si.
usin FF 3.0.4 and this happens when printing to an HP 4100 but not to an HP2600....
also not able to print to pdf... same page prints ok from IE...
Issue: Printing random characters/symbols
Printing to certain printer drivers/PDFs spits out "garbage" characters
