I have been unable to receive the OTP I need to log in. My username and password work fine but then I try to get to the OTP, it doesn't show up on my email and the cell phone number is an old one. Please help. I have a lot of shopping to do.

Hey everyone, I need some help with a puzzling issue. I've noticed that a website (https://socialhubin.com/how-to-pause-instagram-reels-like-a-pro-uncovered/) I'm working on functions perfectly fine when I use Google Chrome, but when I try to access it using Mozilla Firefox, I encounter a '404 error' or sometimes the layout is broken with images displaying incorrectly. Can anyone shed some light on what might be causing this discrepancy? Your insights would be greatly appreciated!

Firefox is blocking website reader comment sections, yahoo, foxnews and so on. (version 126.0 64 bit). Windows 11. Comment section still found using chrome or edge. Started with last Firefox browser upgrade? Have not seen any changes to Firefox "Privacy and Security options" . I use Google or Duck Duck Go as search engines. Thanks

It takes a lot longer than it should to load my home page, MSN. This problem is more pronounced with Firefox than other browsers. What can be done to load the home page faster? And, in general to load websites? Can someone help? Thank you.

After many months of asking if my computer could update Firefox, I finally agreed 2 days ago. I'm trying to shop for gifts on Cutter & Buck's web site and no data and photos will show up. Nothing shows. (cutterbuck.com)

I would like to customize my New Tab page to show only the icons (shortcuts) I specify; I think it would help if I could change the size of the icons so fewer show, but I cannot find any setting to change the way the page looks. This is a new problem since I got a new computer with Windows 11. In Windows 10 and earlier Firefox versions, I could have only a handful of shortcuts that I wanted and it did not automatically add recently visited sites (I have not selected that option in the settings). I do not want to dismiss or delete shortcuts individually, but want a permanent solution.

I'm running Windows 10, Firefox Release 126. I had the same issue with the previous version of Firefox. I was hoping 126, would fix the Chase Bank issue.. But it did not I read several articles from FF users, I checked my User Agent Settings, they are correct. Called Chase, they said use Chrome as Firefox does not have the 'needed code' to work with Firefox. Been using Firefox with Chase for at least 5 years.

Trying to recover from a hard drive crash. Had to buy a new desktop with Windows 11 Pro (looking to be a bad move). I downloaded/updated to Firefox 126.0 (maybe also looking to be a bad move).

Have my last "working" userChrome file (it took me weeks to perfect this to my needs).

I am looking for: C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<profile>\

but there is no "AppData" folder. And there is no existing userChrome.css file, anywhere!

Is the functionality I am looking for a thing of the past?

Is Firefox not completely supported by Windows 11?

If so, what is the last version of Firefox that will still support userChrome.css?

For some reason, recent updates caused my Firefox address bar to misbehave.

I have already murdered the unwanted search engine suggestions which the standard settings failed to kill - I just kept turning things off in about:settings until the garbage feature died.

However, I am still unable to address the most annoying bug.

When I start typing in address bar, the pop-up box with suggestions, rather than attach itself to the bottom of the address bar, goes to some imagined, predefined anchor point which is off screen, somewhere outside the confines of the window. As a result, I see some suggestions, but I no longer see what the hell I'm even typing. I am attaching a screenshot. This is super annoying, as I am literally forced to either use bookmarks, or type out urls in notepad then paste them over.

Anyone can help?

When I restarted my PC and opened Firefox only 1 tab Open previous windows and tabs. All the other 6 disappeared. I opened 3 additional tabs, closed Firefox, and reopened Firefox and only the one same tab was there from the previous session. Why does the feature not work properly?

I am trying to switch from Google to Firefox, but I still use my Google email. I uploaded my contacts from Google to Firefox, but I am trying to edit my own contact info in Gmail contacts, but when I click the edit button, nothing happens. Do I need to edit it in Firefox, and will that edit migrate back to Gmail? Why can't I edit it in my Gmail contacts (in the Gmail right-hand toolbar), and it will update my Firefox contacts automatically?

If you are going to require "A" file type, fucking say what type it has to be and provide a converter or screenshot tool! I Tried .Docx and PDF. Word does not save to PNG or JPEG so they are not an option.

AT THIS POINT, I AM STRONGLY RECONSIDERING SWITCHING FIREFOX!!!!!!

Getting application errors on some sites – but the same site works in other browsers. This has been happening over the last couple of weeks – getting application errors on some sites but not in other browsers. On the example shown I see the login page flash briefly then replaced by the error.

Firefox 126 has changed the tabbar tab background handling and I cannot find a way to get my graphical tab background back for the selected tab. The left image shows FF 125.3; the left 126.0, which installed itself yesterday. In the userchrome for the old Firefox I have:

This gave me the differentiated selected and unselected tabs but does not work for the selected tab in the new Firefox. Any ideas how I have to specify this now?

[I am making this post using the older version of Firefox. If I get some suggestions I'll reinstall the newer version (actually turn auto update back on) and try them out. Thanks.]

Windows 10 professional for workstations Firefox build 126.0

My browser auto updated today and after the refresh I found that the history under the address bar has been broken. It now displays only in part and over top of the address bar itself which as you can imagine is unusable. See image attached.

I entered troubleshoot mode and the problem went away. So I disabled all my extensions and addons, but the problem persists (when not in trouble shoot mode)

Any idea what could be causing this? It is hampering my ability to do my job.
