How do you close the tab?
Does it work if you use "File > Close Tab" or "Cmd+W" ?

Hi Cor-el
Since I am a MAC guy I click the back arrow. Will have to wait until the situation presents itself again before seeing if your codes will work. My main problem was on E-bay when I back tracked I ended up out of E-bay and had to get back in on time to check my bid. It seem to happen when the new tab appears and the first tab disappears behind the new tab.
Thank you

If you click the Back arrow on the Navigation toolbar then you shouldn't close any tabs.
Only if you use close X or close a tab or window otherwise then you will get a warning that you close multiple tabs.

Firefox > Preferences > Tabs: x "Warn me when closing multiple tabs"

Hi Cor-el
You are correct. Sometimes the back arrow is not "lite" and so I click the red circle and do get the message. This never happened on Safari.
Can I just close one tab at a time?
Thank you
