I'm running Windows 10, Firefox Release 126. I had the same issue with the previous version of Firefox. I was hoping 126, would fix the Chase Bank issue.. But it did not I read several articles from FF users, I checked my User Agent Settings, they are correct. Called Chase, they said use Chrome as Firefox does not have the 'needed code' to work with Firefox. Been using Firefox with Chase for at least 5 years.

Hey everyone, I need some help with a puzzling issue. I've noticed that a website (https://socialhubin.com/how-to-pause-instagram-reels-like-a-pro-uncovered/) I'm working on functions perfectly fine when I use Google Chrome, but when I try to access it using Mozilla Firefox, I encounter a '404 error' or sometimes the layout is broken with images displaying incorrectly. Can anyone shed some light on what might be causing this discrepancy? Your insights would be greatly appreciated!

For the past couple of months I have been getting the message www.bbc.com. PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR

Error code: PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR when loading pages on www.bbc.com website. I have done a search on the internet and it seems this is a common problem with Firefox and does not affect othere browesers. I have done what was advice given online but it does not solve the problem. It is getting so bad I may have to start using one of the other browsers even though I prefare Firefox.

Getting application errors on some sites – but the same site works in other browsers. This has been happening over the last couple of weeks – getting application errors on some sites but not in other browsers. On the example shown I see the login page flash briefly then replaced by the error.

Near the top of the page on the right hand side you can switch from imperial to metric units. The link is set to metric values, but the search input is still using imperial dimensions (see this on the left side of the page as you scroll down) But it works in Chrome!

The is one a myriad of problems I have encountered with Firefox. My installation at home frequently stops searching. It won't perform a web search. Typically when I fire up Chrome in frustration to this constant event, Firefox starts working again. I have removed and reinstalled Firefox, but this did not solve the problem. It's my understanding the Google finances Firefox. Are these problems intentional?

Several pages don't display properly. espn doesn't have a menu, cnbc displays and then goes blank, as do some articles on nytimes.com. These and other anomalies all work fine on safari. Any help greatly appreciated. Jim

I need to go over the head of the Mozilla Triage manager who has left https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1406865 open without a resolution for **seven years**. How do I do that? This is a bug reported in Firefox 57 and **still** not fixed in Firefox 125. I cannot find any support category anywhere in the Mozilla website that covers appealing a decision by one of their employees. The last comment from this uncooperative indivisual is "But given we support it on macOS and Windows yeah, it seems not very objectionable." Who is this **clerk** to override the fact that a number of customers very much find this "objectionable". I cannot find anything on https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/contact/ that addresses this issue. I cannot find even a surface mail address for Mozilla. For example my complaint has nothing to do with any of the following:

   I’m having problems with using Firefox
   I want to donate to Mozilla
   I have questions about using Mozilla’s trademarks
   I’d like to report misuse of a Mozilla trademark
   I want to hold an event in a Mozilla space
   I want Mozilla to sponsor my event
   I’d like permission to use a Mozilla logo
   I’m interested in Pocket’s sponsored content on Firefox

Yes I am having a problem with Firefox, but the clerk responsible has, through sitting on this issue for **seven years**, basically told the entire community that he doesn't give a reservoir.

In particular I feel this unacceptable behaviour should be brought to the attention of senior management, but there are no contacts for anybody in senior management.

I am trying to use a <select> tag to display a color selector. So each <option> has a background color to match its displayed text:

On Chrome this displays as expected:

But on Firefox the background colors are ignored:

How can I get Firefox to display the background colors?

Firefox can't seem to hold on to, say, a banking website or web page when I navigate away to another app, such as to answer the phone!

I'll be on a banking website, and when I get back to Firefox from the call 1 minute later, it will greet me with the login credentials page.

If I'm trying to login, and I'm on the 2fa page, and I answer the phone call to get the code, when I get back to Firefox, I'm no longer on the 2fa page, I'm back on the login credentials page.

If I'm trying to log in, and I'm on the 2fa page, and I navigate to the email app to get the code, when I get back to firefox, I'm no longer on the 2fa page, I'm back on the login credentials page.

The situation forces me to use text messaging for 2fa when using Firefox.

I tried recreating the situation in the Chrome browser, and it doesn't seem to suffer from this problem. I navigate away to the email app, come back to Chrome, and I'm still on the 2fa page.

The situation exists for most banking sites, but is not exclusive to only banking sites, as it occurs on many other types of websites, as well, requiring 2fa logins.

Is there some setting in Firefox that I'm overlooking that causes these websites to default back to their login credentials pages just because I went to another app on the phone for a second?

Before the update on April 29 I had no issues with my eBay account on Firefox. Now I am unable to get the pages to work properly. I cannot list any items for sale nor can I change any of my items in my store. Nothing saves and then redirects me to the homepage. eBay is one of my trusted seitz so I have no idea what’s causing this. It’s not eBay because my other accounts work fine on Chrome and on Safari. It happened exactly when the last update happened. And the only way that I can actually get back to the original site is to clear all my cookies and log out and start all over again, only to have the same issues over and over. I don’t know who to contact. I’m losing money in my Business every day because of this so I’m going to have to change my browser unfortunately if I don’t get a solution as soon as possible. Hotmail (Outlook) search function has not been working for months. I signed in using Chrome and no problem.

I realized search in my hotmail account was not working maybe 6 months ago and I've been finding ways to work around it, but today, i got upset and tried to figure out what was wrong. I signed out and signed in. I googled what to do, updated Firefox, to no avail. Then I read to try another browser. Chrome worked fine for outlook/hotmail search function.

I need this search function. I prefer Firefox. let me know if it can be fixed?

I used to have no problem opening messages.google.com/web/conversations to link my messages to my Pixel phone. Just recently the site will not open in Firefox. Not an error message, it just won't open the page.

Asking again. Support won't help. Volunteers won't help.

I've disabled all of my addons, cleared cache, and still youtube is broken for me. It works fine with Chrome still. Any ideas on how to fix? See attched screenshot.

I have tried several suggested fixes to get the Washington Post website to work properly, including reloading Firefox. Links within the site fail to load, pictures are hazy low-resolution, sometimes content doesn't display at all, or does so briefly before going blank. The problem seemed to start after an update 2 weeks ago. I am about to give up trying to fix this, and choose another browser. I don't understand why the problem only affects the WaPo website, which runs fine on chrome or Safari.

I'm encountering an issue with accessing my website, www.mobilepackages.in. When I try to access it using the HTTP protocol (http://), the website doesn't appear. However, when I use the HTTPS protocol (https://), the website shows up without any problems. What could be causing this discrepancy?
