This may be related to Trusteer Rapport. Try to disable it and see if that stops the crashing. For more help you can ask their helpdesk.

Thanks, that has sorted the problem out.

I contacted Trusteer Rapport and they are aware of the problem and are hoping to release a fix for the problem with Firefox.

They told me to stop Rapport using Start Menu > Programs > Trusteer Rapport > Stop Rapport

And this stoped Firefox crashing.
