The file mozalloc.dll is used in Firefox 4.
Do you have a problem with a Firefox 4 beta version?

You should do a clean reinstall of the affected Firefox version and download a fresh copy and remove the Firefox installation folder of that version before doing the (re)install. Firefox 4 beta versions install in their own separate program folder, so make sure that you remove (or rename) the correct folder.
