Firefox is having problems with certain web sites

Description

When I open the New York Times URL, I see writing in the left column and the very top banner, but the articles, and photos of the page are 2 pages below. I have to scroll once to go below. However, when I click, view "Global Edition" the page is displayed properly even if the same images and articles are in the Global Edition that day.

Try to reset the page zoom on pages that cause problems: View > Zoom > Reset (Ctrl + 0 (zero))

If you increased the minimum font size then try a lower setting (default is none) as a too high value can cause issues like you described.
Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors: Advanced > Minimum Font Size
Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors: Advanced > "Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of my selections above"
