INGDIRECT Spain with Certificate FNMT: no popup when signing recuestet

Firefox is having problems with certain web sites
Description
Hey everybody.
INGDIRECT Spain I can sign transactions with my FNMT-Certificate. When confirming the transaction, I can choose a TAN-Input or to sign with certificate.
When marking the option with the certificate, there shoult pop up a window asking for the master password. Nothing happens. Confirming the transaction nevertheless, ING tells me that I didn't give them the TAN.
Exactly the same procedure with IE6, IE7 and IE8 is working ok, marking the Certificate option, a popup asks me whether to use the certificate.
On other web sites that ask me for the same certíficate (Seguridad Social, Hacienda ...) FF master password request pops up correctly and the transactions are done correctly,
So the problem is seems only to reside between FF and ING
I need the banking acces and really do want to do it without IE as IE doesn´t ask for a password to use the certíficate.
