This is a generic crash signature that often indicates a crash in third-party software such as plugins or monitoring software. The most common causes are Dr.Web Anti-Virus and NOD32 Antivirus. Updating or disabling these antivirus programs may help.

Identifying the specific software causing the crash

To identify which piece of software is causing your crash, you can look for more details inside the crash report.

Look for the first line in under Crashing Thread that isn't in ntdll.dll. This will likely identify the third-party software that triggers the crash. Some examples are:

  • drwebsp.dll (Dr.Web Anti-Virus)
