My Firefox version 6 is much slower than firefox 3 which I loved. I keep getting the spinning beach ball whenever I move from website to website. I am using Mac Lion.

Firefox 6 is so much slower than my Firefox 3.6.20. Whenever I try to do anything on Firefox 6, I keep getting the spinning beachball and it takes a long time for the action to be completely. I am using Mac Lion but I shouldn't think that would make any difference. I am really unhappy with Firefox 6 and would like to go back to 3.6.20
