Mozilla have not made an official 64 bit version of Firefox for Windows. There are development versions used for testing but they are not intended for general use. The 64 bit development versions have not been fully optimized and currently the 32 bit versions can provide better performance. I recommend not using a version of Firefox from a 3rd party site and instead only download it from Mozilla.
