Working directly with users

In addition to the Knowledge Base, SUMO consists of Forum and Live Chat support, where users can ask questions directly and have them answered by people like you. Here are some things that we could really use your help with:

Help users in the Forum

While the Knowledge Base is constantly growing to include the issues our users are facing in Firefox, there will always be issues that we're not yet covering there. That's what the Firefox Support Forum is for. Help us provide forum support by answering new questions or by finding old ones that are still unanswered.

Help users in Live Chat sessions

This is by far the most social way of participating in the SUMO project. You'll interact with users of Firefox in real time, solving issues and answering questions with the assistance of other Live Chat helpers. Brighten someone's day, a few users at a time, by helping with Live Chat.
