What is Firefox Support?
Firefox Support is not just a place for Firefox users to get support, it's also a community of people interested in helping other users get more out of Firefox. As part of the larger Mozilla community, we work with other teams such as Quality Assurance to make sure new issues are documented and fixed as soon as possible.
Firefox Support ("SUMO") consists primarily of a large knowledge base, containing information both on using Firefox and troubleshooting problems. In addition, volunteers regularly help users directly in both Forums and Live Chat. Contributors point users to relevant documentation or assist them with troubleshooting. Feedback from this direct support is used to better understand what needs to be improved in the knowledge base and guide Firefox developers in making Firefox even better.
There are many ways to get involved in our community, some of which take only a few minutes a day. Check out the links above to get started!
