Description

When I enter a site it half way thru the prompts I can not any further because it tells me, "This feature is unavailable at this time for FireFox users. All My Schedule Plus features will work with Internet Explorer (version 6) or higher." I thought I had the newest version. What do I do?

It looks that the website does some outdated browser sniffing.
If I use Firefox/2.0.0.20 in the user agent then I'm redirected to the login page. With newer 3.0 or 3.5 user agents I get the unsupported browser page.

You can try to contact them to inform them about that.

To get your Firefox to change the user agent install https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/59
and put Firefox/2.0.0.20 into the user agent string.
